私達の会社は、先週お取引先へ迷惑をかけました。


そして今日、
私と生産部門の各責任者の数名は、協力工場に行きました。


私たちは、従来の作業工程と基準を、根本的に見直しました。

実は、昨日、

私たちは、協力工場の社長と幹部の方を　弊社に招きました。

私は　今回の件がとても重大で深刻であることを、切々と説明しました。



この製品は、全国のお店で、毎日60,000個売れています。　




全国で毎日500万人のお客様が、こちらのお店に、来店します。


60,000個　÷　500万人　＝　1.2%


それは、100人様に対し、1個以上の割合で売れているのです。


大変　ありがたい結果です。


しかし、もしも今回の件が、売場で起きたら･･･

どなたかが、60,000人分の1人様の確率で必ず、被害に合ったのです。


その人は、働き盛りのサラリーマンなのか？

または、その人は幼いお子さんなのか？

または、その人は貴方なのか？

または、それは大切な人への、ささやかなプレゼントなのか･･･


私は　今でも　考えただけで、怖くなります。

しかし、事では済まない重大な事なのです。


この商品にかかわる､全従業員様、お取引様、関係者様・・・


その方達の生活が　吹き飛んでしまう事可能性が十分あるのです。

協力工場の社長様が、直接　全従業員に指揮をとりました。

そして私たちが、各工程の徹底的な見直し、基準作りをしました。

私たちと、協力工場の社長さん、現場のスタッフは、ルールを作り、チェック体制を幾重にも強化しました。

そして　私たちは、解りやすくて正確に　ルールを徹底する方法を、話し合いました。



最後に、私たちは　各工程担当の顔写真を撮り、『私がここを守っている』と誓いました。

（ただし、残念ながら、全ての人間は、時間の流れとともに、最初の情熱を、少しずつ忘れてしまうのです。）


そして、私たちは　今週中に作業マニュアルを作り、それを工場現場に、掲示します。


さらに、今日の事を忘れない為に、私達は、今後、定期的な抜き打ち訪問を約束しました。




私は、思いました。

全ての要因は人によります。

結果と言う名の振り子は、人によって、どちらの方向にも、動くのです。


電車は、毎日同じ時間に、プラットホームの同じ位置に停車して、当たり前なのです。

雨の日も、風の日も、晴れの日も･･･


そういう結果を、誰もほめません。

しかし、その結果は、相当な努力によるものでしょうね。


電車や駅には、定休日はありません。


私の取引先の営業スタイルは、『３６５day　２４Ｈ』です、駅や電車と同じです。


まさにこの時間も、昼夜関係なく、

弊社の製品は、どなたかの手によって製造され

そして、どなたかの運転により配送されており、

そして、どなたかによってお店で陳列され、

終に、どなたかに購入されたならば、摂取され　エネルギーになっております。


私は、意義ある仕事に従事している事を誇りに思います、そして私は責任を果たすのです。


私は先般、『私は、ある仕事で日本一になる』と宣言しました。


今回の粗相の件は、幾分の申し開きも出来ず　『迷惑』です。

ただ、私どもと協力先様が、これをきっかけに､『私達は、向き合えた』と言うことを大切に　心に刻みます。



私は、『私に係わった人』には、HAPPYになって欲しいです



今日は、私にとって
そういう力強さを分けていただいた１日でした。

These 60,000 products sell in the shop in the whole country every day.



Five million customers come to a shop here in the whole country every day.


60,000 pieces ÷ five million people = 1.2%


It sells at one rate or more for 100 person externals.


It is a very welcome result.


However, when this matter occurs in the counter ･･･

Someone should have been suitable for damage at the probability of one person externals of 60,000.


Is the person businessman of in the prime of life?

Or, is the person a young child?

Or, is the person you?

Or, is it a small present for an important person ･･･?


I become scary only by still thinking.

However, it is an important sorry thing in the thing.


All employees, dealings externals, and parties concerned who are related to this commodity


There is a thing possibility that the people's life blows off enough.

The president of the subcontract factory assumed leadership directly in all workers.

And, we did a thorough review of the each stage of work and a standard making.

We, presidents of the subcontract factory, and staff on the site made the rule, and strengthened the system of the check over and over again.

And, we understood easily and talked about the method of persisting in the rule accurately.



Finally, we took the photograph of face of each process charge, and swore, 'I am defending here'.

(However, all men forgets the first zeal little by little to our regret with the flow of time. )


And, we make the work manual by the end of this week, and post it on the factory site.


In addition, we promised a regular surprise visit in the future because we did not forget today's thing.

All factors depend on the person.
