私は、久々にサラダを作りました。

『わわ菜と漬けまぐろの、巣篭もりサラダ』



作り方

１．　わわ菜の白い部分と緑の部分を切り分けましょう。

２．　緑の部分を2ミリメートル幅でカットして下さい。

　　　そして、鳥の巣状に盛り付けて下さい。その際、真ん中に巣篭もりのくぼみを作って下さい。


３．　わわ菜の白い部分を1センチメートル角にカットしましょう

４．　３．を塩で揉みましょう


５．　漬け鮪をダイス状にカットして、４．と合えて下さい。

６．　簡単ドレッシングを作りましょう。

　　・ポン酢にゴマ油を適量混ぜて、黒胡椒をまぶしましょう、これでok!


７．　５．と６．を合えて下さい


８．　２．のくぼみに、７．を盛り付けて下さい

９．　８．を崩しながら、召し上がってください。

※お好みで、胡麻ドレッシングを上かけると、一層美味しくなります。
