Yesterday I got a call from my friend while I was driving at work. He asks if I can come out on Saturday to his house for a surprise birthday party for his girlfriend. A little bit of short notice, but of course Nadu and I go.
We had not gone out for an night with any friends for a long long time here, so it was nice to get out. We went to play pool and do some bowling. Lots of fun. Nadu came close to beating me one time (110 to 112), but I won all four games. I feel like a champion :P The night out ended up costing like $80, which almost gave me a heart attack!
