Clinique Happy is classified by Clinique as a “Citrus/Fruity ” scent.
But, to me, it has a greener bouquet.
It places me on a hillside meadow, walking through the wild flowers.
If you know that aroma, smell Happy, I’m sure you will envision the same.
Happy possesses an essential blend of Jasmine, Lily of the Valley, and Carnation.
It is a very energetic, fun, subtle fragrance..
It has a good casual scent, a kick back wear your favorite blue jeans fragrance (or a flirty, fun skirt). That is what I wear it with.
I would wear in during the daytime , not for formal occasions or evening escapades.

Happy reminds me of sitting outside next to a tangerine tree on a Spring day, inhaling the lovely scents of the new blossoming flowers of the season.
It has a distinct citrus scent, but it isn't harsh or chemical smelling.
A lot of times, citrus scents tend to remind me of Lemon Pledge, but Happy is nowhere near comparable to any cleaning agent that I know of.
It's more an orangey citrus with lively, bright, soft florals in the background.
I don't want to smell like oranges, so don't worry, you won't smell like you've just finished peeling and eating an orange..

The lasting power of Happy is exceptionally Gr8.
About two spritzes in the morning should last you through the day.
If you plan on going out in the evening, an extra spritz or two will freshen the scent up.
You can't really overapply this fragrance, but I don't suggest bathing in it, as with any fragrance it can overwhelm those around you.
Clinique Happy is a fantastic gift for the special women in your life too.
I haven’t met anyone who doesn't just it.
So you really can’t go wrong with this refreshing scent.
It brings smiles to even the grouchiest of women.

I've been wearing it for 2 years now almost exclusively.
It doesn't make me nauseated when I spray it on and the smell is very light.
The only other perfume I have ever loved is off the market and I can honestly say that I have found the perfect replacement.
