ながーーーーーく濃い1日でした。
AIN CONFERENCE IN AMSTERDAMの4日間のスケジュールについてはこちらを。 また、Twitterのハッシュタグは#ain10でこちらから発信が覗けます。 今日は4つのセッションで構成されていて、わたしはその中の The Game of Stress by Zohar Adner The Story of your brand by Rebecca Stockly and Rich Cox を受けてきました。 簡潔に学んだこと/体験したインプロゲームをふりかえりますね。 == The Game of Stress == Objectives ; Gain more tools in your tool box in order to deal with stress. Discussion on what you would get when you are stressed out. => You get stressed when you feel you are out of control. You get stressed when you find a gap between the reality and your ideal. and you have two different kinds of stress... Eustress and Disstress. (Game) On a couple of pieces of paper, write down a situation which you feel stressful. Ask for a volunteer to stand at the front.. and others stand in two lines. The Facilitator read out the paper loud, and whoever feel it is stressful.. go to the person at front and touch his/her body of where you would feel stress. (For example, I would touch my stomach because it hurts when I feel stressed) ==> Usually stress is invisible... but in this way, you can see stress causes something to your body. Find your own diffuser! - minimize the gap between your ideal and your current situation. - Lesson your attachment to getting what you want. - Identify ways you've overcome similar stressful situation. - Improve your mood. (Game) Name Shooting! 1. Circle up! Share the names of participants. 2. Facilitator can start picking somebody and call out his/her name. 3. The person who are called has to duck meanwhile the people on the side of the person have to shoot each other by saying "bang" 4. The one who was shot has to die. or if the person called by the name didn't duck and shot, he/she would die. (Game) Create New Furniture by Yes,and 1. Make a small group of 4 or 5. 2. Pick one furniture or household appliances. 3. In a group, the first person would start saying "I like a chair with four legs" 4. Then the next person would have to add the reson why and add another idea. "Yes because that would make the chair more stable! and I would like the chair with arm rest" 5. Continue adding up the reason and idea. (Exercise) Reframing sentences by using "WHY" == The Story of Your Brand == Outcome; 1. Articulate your own key message 2. Identify and tell your brand story 3. Post your brand story! (Warm up exercise) Pair up and find three common things. Circle up and tell your own story about your name in 20 sec. (Elevator Pitch) 1 Make two circles with the same number of the people inside and outside. 2 Pair up and the people of the inner circle become presenter. 3 The presenter has to present what they do to the person of the outside circle. 4 The presentation should go in 30 sec. 5 Move clockwise and change partner.. and deliver the presentation about your story again. 6 Repeat x 8 (Writing exercise) Once upon a time......... I am .............. ==> You may find some potential images of logos. * This would give you the idea of the relationship between you and your brand by going through internal transformation. ( Brand Asociation Sculpture) 1. Ask for a volunteer. 2. Ask him/her of the brand keyword found through the exercise. 3. He/She has to call out the keyword to other participants.. and they have to come up with the idea which could associate to the keyword, and tell him/her. 4. He/She pick the word(s) they liked. 5. When he/she has enough words, then those people create sculpture by saying each word. After all the sessions finished, we had a wonderful fun welcome party!! well....
