OK... Here's the reflection from the Day 3..

TILT : possible change.. Break those rules!! ex.. you are at a theater... you think you gotta be quiet. and even though you have never been to a theater, you somehow know it. LOVED THIS EXERCISE!!! 1. WALK - STOP do it for a while... then change the meanings of the word! Walk means Stop.. then Stop means Walk! Add NAME - JUMP do the same as above.. and change the meanings. Add TWIST - CLAP do the same!! it was soooooo confusing and fun! 2. FALL DOWN! Have the people numbered. (1 - 5,6,7.. depending on how many people there are) Any number called, the person of the number would have to fall down.. and other people around him/her would wanna support! While I was listening to the interview, I got a message "You have a choice! You always have a choice!!" I had this awful e-mail a day before the Day 3.. and it kept me thinking what was wrong with this guy sending me such blaming words.... but then I figured "I have a choice not to be disturbed or being disturbed through the conference... and of course, I chose not to be disturbed!! Role A and B.. A talks and B listen... then B asks with using only 3 words. Matt presented "What Bernie Madoff couldn't steal from ME" (( Exercise )) Pair up.. Role A and B.. A asked "What's not wrong in your life?" B answers.. Then A asks the same question. continues. Closure : we did Diamond Dance! yey!! = Social Science of Status by Rich Cox. By Bard People aer different!! and we love that!! He introduced DiSC. Greeting in 3 mins to find alike/dislike DiSC is one of the stuructured way to make people appreciate each other.
