Day 4 was the OPEN SPACE TECHNOLOGY DAY!!
What is Open Space Technology?! It is easier for you to learn it from here.. in Japanese? here.. Before the OST, we had Santa Clause came to say Hi! Well.... actually I did not know what was happening because Sue and I were a bit late for the opening.. After having explained what OST was by Viv from New Zealand, some of them with ideas started presenting their session! I presented "SHOPPING session at second hand store which is called EPISODE" I was introduced a wonderful second hand shop which carries all the good stuff which do not look like they are second hand... After all the sessions were over, we had closing and sharing session for an hour. It was just amazing!! We had about 150 people... and if we had each person to talk how he/she felt... it would have made it too long... but we made 8 ppl in a group, and had them discuss on what we learned and what we wanna share.. Then we made those sharing into 20 sec performance. It was just amazing!! Our team came up to the idea of making a circle and sneezing... then went like "Let's spread it!!" and each of our team went to kiss on cheeks to spread the connection! Finally... we all got together to make a choir.. Check this out! Here you can see how it was.. After the closure... we had such a heart warming time of hugging and hugging.. and hugging..
