 Dear Naoko,

Ashley and I wanted to write and express our appreciation for all your hard work that made our trip to Jordan so incredibly memorable. We arrived home safe last week and are busy trying to get back into a routine. It's hard to believe that just a few weeks ago we were in Jordan, exploring some of the world's greatest wonders.

This being our first trip to the Middle East, we were a little nervous about navigating through the country and which sites to see, so it was such a relief to receive your detailed email's assuring that all the necessary arrangements would be taken care of.

The detailed itinerary that you sent was perfect for our circumstances, included all the major landmarks we wanted and at the pace that we required. We were so impressed by your prompt response and professionalism, even when we had constant changes to our timeline as we secured our Egypt trip.

Your thorough correspondence indicated we were going to be well taken care of, and this proved true as we entered Jordan. Our driver was relaxed, helpful and professional. His vehicle was cleaner than any car we have been in recently.

The accommodation was an experience in itself. The Bedouin Camp was surprisingly comfortable and warm despite being located in the middle of Wadi Rum. Our Petra Hotel's staff was friendly and extremely helpful and the Dead sea hotel was exquisite.

What is important to note was that we could sit back and really focus on our experience because you were there behind the scenes creating a smooth journey for us. We really appreciated the service you provided for us, making us feel at every turn, a priority.

We also appreciated the fact that you made yourself available for questions throughout our trip. Your quick replies in fact, saved us a bundle of money when deciding what to get for gifts.

We can't thank you enough Naoko for making this trip so wonderful, smooth and memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone who had the opportunity to visit the amazing country of Jordan.
