今が生死

道行く人や職場内を見ても若い女性はすごく美しい。さわやかでさぞかし心も綺麗な
のだろうなと思う。しかし年齢を重ねてくると必ずしもそうではなくなってくる。私
が受け持っている女性は80歳台、90歳台が大半で認知症があったりして可愛いけれど
美しいとは言えない。
何故若い女性は美しいのであろうか？自然界の摂理で異性を引き付けるためのホルモ
ン分泌がその源と考えられる。年齢と共にその分泌が少なくなって美しさが次第に失
われていく。美しさには内面の美と外面の美がある。外面の美はホルモン分泌の減少
に連れて衰えていくが、内面の美は年と共に輝いて行く。女性が美しい国や社会や職
場は栄える。外面の美は一時的で、内面の美は一生である。一生継続する内面の美を
磨いてもらいたいと願う。

A young lady is very beautiful even when looking at a person who goes along
and inside the workplace. I feel refreshing and wondering the heart is also
beautiful. But as they get older,
they are not necessarily beautiful. The woman I am in charge is in the 80s
and 90s, mostly they have the dementia, but it is cute but not beautiful.
Why are young ladies beautiful? Hormonal secretion to attract
heterosexuality in the providence of nature is considered to be the source.
The secretion decreases with age and the beauty is gradually lost. The
internal beauty and external beauty is thought. Beauty on the outside decays
as hormone secretion decreases, but the beauty of the inside shines with the
age. The country, society, workplace where women are beautiful, prosper. The
beauty of the outer surface is temporary, the beauty of the inner side is
lifelong. I hope you should refine the inner beauty that will last a
lifetime.
