最近、よく聞いているアルバムは Fun. の「 Some Nights 」。

新しいバンドではひさびさの“当たり”って感じかな。

アルバムの３曲目「 We Are Young 」は、ビルボードのシングル・チャートで１位を獲得。心に染みる、とってもいい曲だ。

YouTube にあるオフィシャル・ビデオの再生回数は１億回を超えている。びっくりだね。

しかし、邦題は「伝説のヤングマン」・・・・・なんとかならんのかね、このセンス。これじゃ“ヒデキ、カンゲキ！”を思い出しちゃうよ。むりやり日本語の題名なんかつけなくてもいいのに。

彼女ともう一度やり直したい男の思いを歌っているようだけど、性別に関係なく聞いた方が思い入れも多様になるね。

こう言い切れるのはちょっとうらやましいね。

ぼくはこんな風に言える若い衆じゃなかったな。

若さに重きを置いてなかったし、若いヤツが「オレは若い！」って言うのって、オヤジが「オレはオヤジだ！」と言ってるのと同じじゃんって思ってたし。

それより何より、「若さ」を思うどころじゃなかったしね。

それは今も同じだけれど。
