it took me awhile to get everything fit in schedule, yet things finally seem flowing okay. as the title speaks, i just jumped back onto my research project. there found to be couple unexpected problems in terms of finishing the both viral constructions. those are not that bad though.

the first day of 2006 was done with transformation of viral vector for cloning. it means i'll get the clone by friday (w:innocu, r:re-cult, f:maxi).

so....probably, next week, i'm gonna transfect packaging cells and get them ready by the week after. ummmmmm....i didn't expect to waste first two weeks, but it shouldn't be a problem.
