Searching for more information he found some literature on the practical aspects of construction. Experimenting and using his own intuition, he was able to make an instrument reaching directly to the air stream and creating this sound image of the wind. The wind was recorded by Jan Erick Kongshaug on the coast of Southern Norway, a place particularly suitable because of the unending gusts of wind coming in from the North Sea.
