いないはずの蒸気機関車29620が大宮機関区に？？

大宮機関区の蒸気機関車たち↑（1969年3月5日、大宮機関区）大宮機関区の29620↑（1969年3月5日、大宮機関区）写真は、1969年に大宮機関区で撮ったものです。多くの9600形が勢ぞろいしています。D51もいます。不思議なことに、29620のキューロクがいます。この機関車は、正面に給水温め器があり、一見するとD50 のような感じがします。資料を見ると平機関区にいるはずですが、どうしてこの時期、大宮機関区にいたのか、謎です。誰かご存じないですか？

川越駅の9600形蒸気機関車

川越駅の59669↑（1968年11月10日、川越、川越線）写真は、1968年の川越駅出発直前のキューロクです。この機関車は、1年後に北海道へ渡りました。【Bon appétit !】　The Class 9600 is a type of 2-8-0 steam locomotive built by Japanese National Railways from 1913. The Class 9600 was the first type of locomotive to be mass-produced by Japanese manufacturers. 皇居前の儀装馬車、運行開始

　皇居前を歩いていたら、なんと馬車がやって来ました。　想像するに、天皇陛下にあいさつをする「信任状捧呈（ほうてい）式」のために、新任の大使がこの馬車に乗っているのでしょう。　東京駅丸の内側から、皇居に向かうルート上の所々に馬糞が大量に落ちていましたが、ご愛敬でしょうね。【Bon appétit !】　During the Ceremony of the Presentation of Credentials（信任状）, ceremonial horse-drawn carriages welcome newly appointed ambassadors to Japan and convey them from the Tokyo station to the Imperial Palace South Porch.　The ceremonial carriages used to welcome ambassadors are drawn by two horses and known as zagyoshiki. Do something wonderful for other people.

Life is all about contribution. Do something wonderful for other people.　「これからの人生は与えられたものだ。誰かのために使うべきだ」は、故日野原重明氏（聖路加国際病院名誉院長、2017年7月18日逝去）の言葉です。　最近知ったのですが、日野原氏は、1970年3月のよど号乗っ取り事件の時に乗客として乗り合わせていたのだそうです。　解放されて韓国の金浦空港の土を靴底で踏んだとき、この言葉が感謝の念と共に浮かんできたとのことです。　氏は、次世代を担う子供たちに、「命とは、君たち一人一人に与えられた時間のことです。大人になったら、いつか他人のために時間を使って下さい。」と言われたとのことです。　私も、還暦を過ぎ2回目の人生に入りましたので、与えられた時間を他の人のために用いる人生でありたいと願っています。【Bon appétit !】　Mr.Hinohara believed that life is all about contribution, so he had this incredible drive to help people, to wake up early in the morning and do something wonderful for other people. 水戸機関区のC12

水戸機関区のC12↑（1968年11月17日、水戸機関区、常磐線）写真は、1968年に水戸機関区で撮ったC12187です。入換用機関車として使用されていました。写真ではわかりにくいかもしれませんが、正面のナンバープレートは、形式入りのナンバープレートとなっています。調べてみましたら、現在、常陸大子駅前に静態保存されているということです。【Bon appétit !】　The Class C12 is a type of 2-6-2 steam locomotive built by the Japanese National Railways from 1932 to 1947. A total of 282 Class C12 locomotives were built.（wikipedia）

水戸機関区のハチロク1968年

水戸機関区の58632↑（1968年11月17日、水戸機関区）転車台の58632↑（1968年11月17日、水戸機関区）写真は、1968年の水戸機関区で撮ったものです。写真のハチロクは、構内入れ替え用に使用されていて、本線を走ることはなくなっていました。この写真を撮った1年後に、47年の生涯を終え、廃車になったようです。　【Bon appétit !】　In the 20th century, main line engines were gradually expected to have high power and high speed. Therefore, the imported type C (Six driving wheel) engines were increased from type B (Four driving wheel) engines, and they were the main engines in arterial Tokaido and Sanyo lines.
