３．１１では妹が激甚地域から二次避難し、
今回は実家が県内最大震度を記録したという事で、
短期間のうちに随分帰った。

蝋燭で夜を過ごしたが、
「何か、親父が全部段取りしたようだな」
と母と２人で話した。

父の葬儀がなければ蝋燭もこんなになかったのだ。

隣のおばちゃんが水沢まで行かないと何もないよというので走っていたが
岩手県南の道路はグズグズなところがあちこちにあった。
「前回の地震を治している最中にこれだもの」
歩道もデコボコだ。

自衛隊も出ていた。
やはりこれだって災害なのだ

俺達は大き過ぎるものを見てしまった。
そうして原発問題もまだまだ解決しない。
しかし今回の地震も自衛隊が出るほどの災害なのだ。
麻痺してはいけないと思う。

一関は宮城県沖地震の話題で持ちきりだった。
盛岡よりも深刻だ。

一関では一時間に一回は体感できる地震がある。


ｎ島さんとは随分話している。

2005年に今回を地震と原発の複合災害を国会答弁してる人がいました。
これ、ミステリーハンターで取り上げていたことです。
自然と逆らわない文明、
要するに開発の論理、あるいは効率、集積、利便性の論理、
それから東京一極集中、都市集中の論理、そういうモノをやはり見直してですね、
保全とか小規模、多極分散、安全と落ち着き、
地方自立、国土の自然力と農村漁村の回復、
といったようなことをキーワードにして、
根本的な変革が必要であると、私は強く思います。

「迫り来る大地震活動期は未曾有の国難である」
