I had a late lunch at Yudetaro in my neighborhood.
I took a Genki-tamasoba, hot buckwheat noodles topped with tenkasu,
half-boiled egg and sweet-boiled pork.

Tenkasu is crunchy bits of deep-fried dough produced as a byproduct of cooking tempura.
