【Possessive adjectives ：Possessive s】（所有を示す形容詞：所有を示す s） It's a dog. Its name is Wolf. ・his = of a man ・her = of a woman ☆Its = of a thing It's a cafe.(It's = it is ) Its name is Maria's Cafe. ・their = plural people or things ☆Possessive adjectives don't change with plural nouns. our students NOT ours students ☆For plural nouns, put the apostrophe(') after s. This is my parents' house. (NOT my parent's) Those are students' desks. ☆With irregular plural nouns,for example,children, men,women, use 's. The children's room Men's clothes ☆To ask about possessions 誰のものであるかを尋ねるには Whose is this bag? Whose bag is this? の二通りがある。 答えは It's Joe's. or It's Joe's bag. ☆Whose／Who's are pronounced the same.
