Point:
- Once switched to Alt-Az mode, AM5 will memory Alt-Az mode even if turned off the switch.
- "Hold Cancel button and Power on" method is toggle switch, Equatorial <=> Alt-Az.
- AM5 mode is display on LED, Red is Equatorial, Green is Alt-Az.
- Dovetail direction on the Home position is automatically set, Verical or Horisontal.
So at home position on Alt-Az mode, AM5's dovetail is horisontal direction. AM5 cannot into the case.As if you want to put AM5 into the case, you must re-switched to Equatorial mode.
- Go to Home position with "3 sec. hold Cancel button".
- Power off.
- Then "Hold Cancel button and Power on". AM5 is switched to Equatorial mode. It toggled.
- Go to Home position again. Dovetail will moved to Vertical position as Equatorial mode.
- Set Alt to about 45 degree with Alt screw of AM5.
Then you can put AM5 into the case.
