Lynette, the mother of three naughty boys, doesn't really want to be humiliated in front of the entire neighborhood by her sons' bad behavior at the wake.
But she ends up feeling very embarrassed by them.


Lynette is breast-feeding her baby girl, and Mrs. Huber comes to her to let her know about her sons' amazing behavior.

(Lynette) Ow, ease up, you little vampire.

(Mrs.Huber) Lynette, I've been looking all over for you. Are you aware of what your sons are doing?

Lynette looks up at Mrs. Huber in surprise.
In Paul Young's swimming pool, her three boys are swimming, making a lot of noise.

(Sons) Cannonball!

(Lynette) What are you doing? We're at a wake.

(Sons) When we got here, you said we could go in the pool.

(Lynette) I said you could go by the pool. Do you have your swimsuits on?

(Sons) Yeah, we put them on ourselves before we left.

(Lynette) You three planed this? All right. That's it. Get out!

(Sons) No!

(Lynette) No? I'm your mother. You have to do what I say. Come on!

(Sons) We want to swim and you can't stop us!

Lynette looks around at the whole neighberhood watching, helpless. Her three sons cross their arms in front of their chests, showing their strong defiance.

So she makes up her mind to take firm measures. She hands her baby to the man standing behind her, and starts wading into the pool, fully clothed. The mouthes of the boys drop open in surprise. She grabs her son's legs one by one, and finally she succeeds in making all her sons get out from the pool.

(Lynette) Paul, we have to leave now. Once againg, I'm so sorry for your loss.

After Lynette leaves with her sons, Paul looks into the pool, menacingly. It shows us there's something in/under the pool.

Lynette shouldn't have been so concerned about my husband. He had other things on him mind. Things below the surface.
