who is the right one?

it seems that some people r trying to utilize others and competing each other.
people around me r saying things different made by different situations.

seriously, i got confused and am thinking who i can trust at this moment.
politics is just bothering me, but i can do nothing.......

i just wanna work for a right one.
am i demanding???
