I went to Fukuoka International Chrich with April last sunday. The church was at the center of Tenjin, which is one of the big cities in Kyusyu. I really enjoyed their bilingual service. I met some ALTs from fukuoka city and two of them were former students of my university. I also met Mrs. Johnson who teaches at my university.

April and I joined the English discussion group after the service. It reminded me of the international sunday school of First Baptist Church I used to go in Arkadelphia. We discussed about the message of the service and prayed for each other. I was very thankful to be in the discussion group. They were from Australia, United States, Britain and Norway. It was so wonderful to meet new Christian friends and share my feelings with them. I want to back to this church.

April and I went to an omerice restaurant to have lunch after church. I know that “omerice”is not really an English word but it's like an omelet containing fried rice. That was so good! It was the frist time for April to have omerice. I'm glad she liked it!

We walked around Tenjin untill evening. Oh, we also went to Starbucks and I had a green tea frappettino. You may think it sounds gross (one of my friends said so before...) but that is my favorite at Japanese Starbucks.

I had very special time with April. We walked a lot but it was a good exercise. I hope we can go back to this church soon.
