今日の午後、派遣会社の登録会に行ってきました。
今回、直に仕事を見つけて散々な目に遭遇したので
それに懲りて、働くとしてもまずは派遣会社を通じて探そうかなっ～て。
派遣会社ならば、何かトラブっても改善の余地もあるだろうし、
自分の都合に合わせて仕事も決められる。
hiroroと出会った職場に転職する前の職場では派遣社員として働いていた私。
なので、派遣のシステムに関してもなんだ抵抗がない。
どうもうちの親の世代はいまいち派遣社員の意味が理解できないようですが...
なにはともあれ、いつでもちょっとした小遣い稼ぎ程度に働けるように登録しておこう
そう思ったのでした。
でも、数年前と明らかに違うなと感じたのは登録会に参加したからといって
必ずしも派遣会社に登録されないということ。
筆記試験、PCスキルチェック、面接をして、その日中に電話で合否が連絡される。
それから新人派遣社員研修を1日受けて、晴れて派遣会社に正式登録されるらしい。
私も早速来月、1日新人研修を受けることになり、それで正式に派遣登録完了する。
数年前なら、登録会に参加するだけで誰でも簡単に登録されていたのに...
それだけ社会も働く者に対して、厳しく変化を遂げているのかもしれない？？
と身を持って思い知るのでありました。

I went to register myself at the employment dispatch company this afternoon.
Because I had very hard times, just because I found a job on my own,
I thought if I restart my work, I would first register myself with the employment
dispatch company.
If I register, then even if I would get in trouble with my office,
I thought I may get some good help and I can also work more flexibly.
Before hiroro and I had worked together in the same office, I had been working
at a company introduced to me by the employment dispatch company.
So I don't mind working at a office introduced by the employment dispatch
company.
But generations of my parents era seems not able to understand this system well.
Anyways I thought I register myself, so that I can earn some spending money on my own.
There was one thing very different from few years ago about this registration
process. Even if one comes to register himself/herself at the employment dispatch
company, he/she may not necessary be able to register at this company.
One takes a written test, PC skill test and an interview at the registration.
Then one gets an answer from the employment dispatch company few hours later.
If one passes, then one must take a day of training.
After one finishes a day of training, then one's registration is fully completed.
Next month, I'll be taking a day of training and then my registration will be
fully completed.
Few years ago, anyone who came to the registration of the employment dispatch
company, one was able to register himself/herself easily.
I thought today that the society is gradually changing into more severe society
for all the workers.
