An essay
I stopped in at a cafe on the way home today. I just didn't want to go home right after work to be a couch potato. Excelsior, the name of the cafe I went, had some comfortable chairs so that their customers can relax enjoying the high quality food and drink. People pay a little high price for it. On the other hand, Doutor has uncomfortable chairs and it seems to be busier than other coffee shops. One of their target is business people, therefore, they serve fast and have a smoking room. Anyway, I thought that there are so many kinds of coffee shops in Tokyo including starbacks. And they have their own target in the market, therefore, there are some difference in the business strategy like 4P(place, product, price, promotion). (○ ̄ ~  ̄○;)
