   なか卯で新商品食べてきました。美味しいのは勿論、感心したのは既存のメニューで使っている素材を上手く使い回してるなという事です。これは悪い意味ではなく元々牛丼もあるし親子丼もある、それを少し素材を変えたり見せ方を変えて新しいメニューに変える。これは今あるものを創意工夫で新しいモノに変える素晴らしい企業努力だと思います。特に揚げとニラのたまご丼はコストも抑え、お値段も抑え非常に上手く作った商品だと感じましたね。 日本ではここ一年本当に値上げラッシュだったから少しは安いメニュー、選択肢もあると庶民は助かりますね。 なか卯さんいつも美味しい食事をありがとうございます😊 いつも感謝しています。 I ate a new product at Nakau. Of course it's delicious, but what impressed me was that the ingredients used in the existing menu were used well. This doesn't mean it's a bad thing, but originally there are gyudon and oyakodon, and you can change the ingredients and presentation to create a new menu. I think this is a wonderful corporate effort to turn existing things into new things with originality and ingenuity. In particular, I felt that the fried and chive egg bowl was a very well-made product at a low cost and low price. In Japan, there has been a rush to raise prices over the past year, so it would be helpful for the common people to have a slightly cheaper menu and options.
