Everyone has stress in their life, no matter who they are.
Mine happens to be my job right now and there is nothing I enjoy more than a relaxing bath after a long day at work.
With the construction going on in my school right now, I find soaking away the stress cleansing in more than one way.

My first experience with this product came via a gift in a "Pamper Package " from a friend.
I was recently delivered of my lover and definately in the mood for a long soak.
The small envelope of scented salts helped wonderfully.
There are several different scents to choose from and each is an essential oil blend.
My favorite is the LIME, but the lavender is also heavenly.
This item is sold two different ways, one being in a very nice reuseable frosted jar and the other (the kind I have gotten) in an envelope like package.
The first has multiple uses the second is supposed to be more of a single use..
.. but depending on how much scent and salt you like in your bath, you can get several uses out of it.
I think Patmos has wonderful bath salts.
They smell gr8 and make you feel wonderful.
If you are into aromatherapy, you will not be disappointed.

I purchased this product after receiving a free sample .
School, work, family...all these things contribute to my stress level.
At the end of my day of running around like a chicken with its head cut off, I like to light the candles and draw a hot bath filled with essential elements the LIME bath salts..
The aromatherapy is soothing to my soul and refreshing to my over-worked body.
It makes me feel better, and more relaxed.
