• 北、新型ミサイルの発射テスト

  北朝鮮は６日午前７時３４分、西岸の東倉里（トンチャンリ）付近から日本海に向けて、弾道ミサイル４発をほぼ同時に発射した。弾道ミサイルはいずれも約千キロ飛び、秋田県男鹿半島から西に約３００～３５０キロの海上に落ちた。３発は日本の排他的経済水域（ＥＥＺ）内、１発がＥＥＺ付近に落下した。北朝鮮による弾道ミサイル発射は日米首脳会談直後の２月１２日以来で、日本のＥＥＺ内への落下は昨年９月５日以来となる。弾道ミサイルの種類はスカッドミサイルの改良型とみられる。前回は日本の排他的経済水域内に及ばなかった。今回の新型ミサイルは飛躍的に性能が向上している。短距離弾道ミサイルの最高飛距離である千キロを達成していることから、世界レベルにあると思う。或いはこの新型ミサイルが西日本を目標にしたものだったとしたら、どうなるかな

• 地震津波

  412年前、慶長地震があった。東南海地震のリスクに次いで高いのが鳥島東方沖地震（大規模津波被害）。これまで「東南海地震」の１つとされてきた慶長地震だが、南海トラフ震源では八丈島の津波10m超が説明できない為、震源や発震規模などが特定されていなかった。世間では忘れられた地震だ。慶長地震による推定被害房総半島から鹿児島県の大隅半島まで「巨大津波」が押し寄せ、約２万人の溺死者が出たと推定する。江戸時代の日本人口を現在の１／５程度と考えれば、慶長地震が再現すれば、１０万人規模の溺死者が出るものと推定される。慶長地震は南海トラフ震源ではなく、鳥島東方沖震源M8.2～M8.4である。Ｍ８．５を想定すると、平均発生間隔（累積確率50%）は464年で、2069年前後と想定される。例えば2019年なら発生確率30.9％である。この震源での巨大地震の発生周期は全く不明であり、記録は残っていない。関東地方の地震回数が少しずつ増えています。地鳴りが有ったり、Wi-Fiがつながらなかったりするようだ。２月の茨城県北部地震１６回１月の茨城県北部地震１４回１２月の茨城県北部地震２４回１１月の茨城県北部地震２回３月の千葉県東方沖地震４回２月の千葉県東方沖地震５回１月の千葉県東方沖地震２回１２月の千葉県東方沖地震５回

• 南海地震までの猶予期間３年か

  2日23:53頃、日向灘を震源とするM5.2の地震があり、熊本県・大分県・宮崎県で震度4の揺れを観測した。将来起きるかもしれない南海トラフ地震の前兆である。結局、順送りに南海地震が切迫している事が分かった。これは２月２３日に【追加】で記しているが、２～３年先で巨大地震が必ず起きるとして、日向灘、天草灘 、周防灘、安芸灘にも何か前兆現象としての変化があるだろう。先ず日向灘地震があり、その影響で九州沿岸の地震確率も高まった。

• 地震列島

  南海地震が起きれば大変な事だが、それは予測不可能である。最近の測地学の権威によると非常に近いような話であるが、誰も予知する事は出来ない。当方の地震予知機の反応は有りません。日本はとにかく地震が多い。昨年も西日本で熊本地震、鳥取地震と立て続けで地震被害があった。今年どうなるかが気になる。ただ、南房総沖地震は近々に発生するだろう。その根拠は東日本大震災の余震が続いているからである。震源から同心円状に発生確率をとれば明らかにその現場が見えてくる。阿蘇山噴火熊本地震から間もなく半年になる10月8日未明の阿蘇山の爆発的噴火には驚いた。熊本地震のマグニチュード（Ｍ）７．３の本震で、阿蘇山の中岳火口付近が約２０センチ沈んだ。阿蘇山は西側に広がる方向で沈んでおり、火口付近で約２０センチ、西側で３０センチ程度沈んでいた。東日本大震災の時も山脈標高が低下していた。その後の火山活性化は十分考えられる事だった。国内では２０１３年に小笠原諸島の西之島が噴火。１4年９月には御嶽山（長野、岐阜県）が噴火し、１１年の東日本大震災以降、噴火が多くなった。頻繁に噴火を繰り返している桜島と諏訪之瀬島（鹿児島県）を除いて、大震災前後の約４年半を比較すると、震災前に噴火したのは霧島山・新燃岳（宮崎、鹿児島県）など７火山なのに対し、震災後は９火山になった。２０世紀以降に世界で起きたマグニチュード（Ｍ）９級の巨大地震後には、周辺で例外なく噴火が発生してきた。Ｍ９．０の東日本大震災でも揺れが列島に広がり、この影響で全国の２１火山で地震活動が活発化した。噴火が懸念される箱根山（神奈川、静岡県）や、一時的に活動が高まった蔵王山（山形、宮城県）は数年おきに活発化している。ただ、日本の現在の火山活動は、歴史的に見ればむしろ静穏期といえる。火山灰などの噴出物が１０億立方メートル以上に及ぶ巨大噴火は、江戸時代には何度も起きたが、桜島の大正噴火（１９１４年）以降は途絶えている。富士山も宝永噴火（１７０７年）から約３００年間も噴火していない。しかし、地震と噴火の関連性はよく分かっていないので、噴火予知も難しいのである。鬼界カルデラ11月27日16:00頃から、鹿児島県の沿岸で最大で約100cmの顕著な海面昇降が観測されていました。海面下百メートルにある鬼界カルデラだが、実際には更に変化している筈である。7300年前の大噴火では南九州の縄文文化が滅亡した。更に2万5千年前の大噴火では四国以西の旧石器人が死滅。前回の調査で神戸大海洋底探査センターは、鹿児島県・薩摩半島の南約５０キロにある海底火山「鬼界（きかい）カルデラ」（直径約20Km）に、マグマの活動が活発な場所を発見したと発表した。今年、3月の2回目の調査では海底に設置した地震計などで観測するマグマ活動のデータを回収する。日本列島でのカルデラ噴火の確率は１００年以内に１％。もし起きれば死者は全域に及ぶ事になる。

• 巨大地震発生までに

  東海地震の直前予知を目的に、気象庁などが静岡、愛知、長野県に設置している「ひずみ計」について、気象庁が観測データを迅速に公開する方向で検討を始める。ひずみ計のデータは、東海地震に関する情報の発表基準に使われているが、これまで一部の関係機関を除いて地震研究者にもリアルタイムのデータは公開されていなかった。観測データについては「加工していない生データは専門家しか理解できず、公開の必要はない」などの意見もある。ひずみ計は高精度のため、潮の干満など不要な情報（ノイズ）を拾ってしまう。東日本大震災で日本列島は非常に大きく動いた。この地震が南海トラフをはじめ巨大地震の発生を早めたり、内陸地震の誘発原因になっている。熊本地震によって日向灘で近い将来、大規模な地震が起こるとされている。熊本地震の震源は、阿蘇山の麓にある日奈久・布田川断層帯でしたが、日本最大の断層帯である中央構造線全体が緊張状態にあると、内陸直下型地震が立て続けに起きる。１９４６年の南海地震の３年前には鳥取で大きな地震が発生しています。つまり２～３年で巨大な南海トラフ地震発生の可能性がある。世界中で日本が一番地震が多く、人工的に脆い国土であるにも関わらず、地震予知（予測）に関して先進的な取り組みをしようという話が出ないのが不思議である。ちなみに２月２２日頃北九州地震予想【追加】地震予想に該当しそうな地震２月２２日の地震　熊本県熊本地方M3.32月23日の地震　日向灘 M3.4、天草灘 M3.4２～３年先で巨大地震が必ず起きるとして、日向灘、天草灘 、周防灘、安芸灘にも何か前兆現象としての変化があるだろう。

• 直接型地震受信機

  緊急地震速報の受信機と地震受信機は何が違う地震受信機は地層からの地震電波を直接受けるもので、地震時のＰ波が発生する約一日前に発報する。高度利用配信とは：TVやラジオで使われる広いエリアでの不特定多数の人に向けた「一般利用配信」に比べ、発電所や新幹線、商業施設、学校といった特定の場所や利用者に向けた「高度利用配信」は震度や地震の到達時間、震源の位置が高い速報性で配信されます。しかし、専用端末やパソコン、固定電話等が必要になる。配信サービス会社との契約が無ければ使えない。一般利用配信が間に合わない理由：放送メディア内で一度整理してから地震情報を流す為、若干遅れる。地震受信機は電界作動し、精密機器や家電が誤動作を起こす高電圧パルスを基にしています。要は岩石のピエゾ発電で地中放電ノイズが発生しますが、単発の雷放電と異なる為、連続する高電圧パルスのみ分離している。地中放電と雷放電のイメージは全く逆になり、地中放電開始時は小さい値だが、順次大きな波がくる。雷放電とは最初にピークがあるが、減衰する波である。

• 地震受信機

  昨日予測した地震は未だ発生していないが、明日かも知れない。本日の震源は青森県東方沖、大阪府北部、宮古島近海、宮城県北部と九州から遠く、本機の限界から考えると、感知する事など有りえない遠距離地震だった。一旦、感知した地震が後日にずれる場合、規模が大きくなる可能性があります。そもそも低周波の地中電波を拾う仕組みなので、受信範囲の北部九州の地下で岩盤歪が発生している事は確かである。現在の仕様では単発のパルスに反応してしまう為、連続パルス入力を条件としないとダメかも・【追加】昨日の結果は本日、19時42分頃の周防灘地震マグニチュードM3.6という事になりました。それ以外に該当する地震は有りません。

• 2月17日中に九州北部で地震

  本日の夜、地震予兆の電磁波を受信、前回は五島沖だった。多分、明日の地震も当たるだろう。茨城や埼玉で前兆が報告されていますが、当方では周辺１００キロ圏内の電波異常しか分からない為、遠隔地は推測出来かねます。誰も地震が予測出来るとは考えない。茨城県北部は昨年末に発生したM6.3地震の余震が続いています。福島沖も同様で、不規則な地面の振動が継続している。

• 明日の福岡地震

  本日の夕方、火災警報が鳴った。午後より地震センサーが異常動作していた事も思い出した。火災警報は集合インターホン機器の誤動作だったが、これは強い地中電磁波によるものだろう。実際に起きてみなければ、何とも言えないが・多分、午前中だろう。【追加】やはり予兆だった・福岡ではなかった結局、昨日の予兆は 21時15分の五島列島近海マグニチュード4.0によるものでした。10時09分の熊本は規模が小さいし、 3時19分四国沖は遠い。ＶＬＦ電界強度を考慮すると、五島の前兆異常であった可能性が高い。もし、熊本や四国沖を受けるなら、外部アンテナを付ければ、受かるかも知れない。そうなれば予知機ではなく地震受信機である。

• 妻の直接的な死因についての推測

  病院側の説明では敗血症による多臓器不全により、心停止したことになっている。私は医者ではないので、断定は出来ないが治療方法に不明な内容が多くあり、未だ納得できていない。妻は病院に緊急搬送される前から腰や背中の痛みを訴えていた。マッサージすると少し良くなるようで不思議であった。急性閉塞性化膿性胆管炎ではないのか・胆汁中の細菌が胆汁と一緒に血液に入り込み高熱や意識障害、ショックを来し、極めて危険な状態になります。胆管結石が胆汁の出口（十二指腸乳頭）にはまり込んだり、膵液の十二指腸への流れを妨げて膵炎を起こし、 みぞおち痛や背部痛、 嘔吐がある。日本人の胆石保有率は年々増加しており、現在では日本人成人の10人に1人は胆石をもっている。理由として、食生活の欧米化や高齢化、また、検査が普及して発見される率が高くなった。性別では男性に比べ女性で多い。胆嚢結石は胆石症の約80％と最も多く、胆管結石は約20％、肝内結石は約2％を占めています。体内の過剰なコレステロールは胆汁のなかに排出されます。元来、コレステロールは水に溶けませんが、胆汁のなかに含まれる胆汁酸の助けで、胆汁中ではコレステロールは溶けた形で存在します。しかし、さまざまな理由で胆汁中のコレステロールの量が増えると、余分なコレステロールは溶けずに胆汁のなかで固まり（結晶化）、これを核にして結石ができる。敗血症に起因する炎症が小さな血餅を形成させ、重要臓器へ運ばれる酸素や栄養素を遮断し、その結果として、多臓器不全が起こり、重篤な敗血症性ショックが発生すると考えられています。これは、血圧低下をもたらし、死に至る。（追加）京都大の上杉志成教授らの研究グループは、ビタミンＤが体内で脂質の合成を抑制するメカニズムを解明したと発表した。この働きを活用すれば、脂肪肝やがん細胞の増殖を抑える薬の開発が期待されるという。論文は２６日付の米科学誌電子版に掲載された。ビタミンＤは肝臓に入るとある化合物に変化するが、これをハムスターの培養細胞に投与して働きを調べた結果、脂質の合成を命令するたんぱく質「ＳＲＥＢＰ」を分解し、無くしてしまうことが分かった。ただ、この化合物は腎臓でカルシウムの吸収を良くする化合物に変わるため、ビタミンＤを大量摂取すると結石ができやすくなるなどの副作用も懸念されるという。　上杉教授は、脂質抑制の働きのみを持った化合物を作成。これを基に、米国の製薬会社が脂肪肝の予防薬のほか、脂質を合成して増殖するがん細胞を増えなくする薬の研究を進めるという。（2017/01/27-02:10）肝臓に脂肪が蓄積し、脂肪肝になると胆石ができやすくなる仕組みを解明したと、東北大大学院医学系研究科の山田哲也准教授らが4日までに米消化器病学会誌に発表した。肝臓の血流が減少して酸素が不足し、胆汁の濃縮、胆石の形成につながるため、酸素不足への対処が新たな治療法になる可能性があるという。胆汁は食物に含まれるたんぱく質や脂肪などの消化液で、肝臓で作られ、胆管の途中にある胆のうに蓄えられた後、十二指腸に流れ込む。胆石ができるのは胆汁に含まれるコレステロールが増え、溶けきれずに結晶となるのが主因。マウス実験の結果、肝臓が酸素不足になると「HIF―1α」と呼ばれる遺伝子が働き、肝細胞から胆管への水の通り道となるたんぱく質「アクアポリン8」が減少。胆汁の水分が減って濃縮され、コレステロールが結晶化することが分かった。胆石患者ではHIF―1αがよく働いていることも確認された。

• どうやら悪臭性委縮性鼻炎になったかも

  無風の締め切った室内で、煙い臭いがする状態がずっと続いている。廃材や藁を燃やした臭いに近い。部屋の窓を少し開け、空気を流しているときは全く感じないのだが、窓を締切り暫くすると藁を燃やした様な臭いに気づく。気にしなければ良いのだが、委縮性鼻炎の前兆かなとも思う。日常生活に著しい障りがあるわけでないし、命にかかわるようなことでもなさそうだし、なかなか病院に行こうという気になれません。２週間くらい前から特に煙くさくなり、近所にある南区のゴミ焼却場の煙が匂っていると思っていたが、誰もそんな臭いはしないという。私は冬場に鼻水が止まらない。マスクをすると半日位でマスクに臭いが移り、生臭くなるので交換している。口臭を気にして口腔は洗浄しているが、臭いらしい。そこで悪臭性委縮性鼻炎ではないかと思い調べてみた。この症状は鼻の中の乾燥が原因で起こり、鼻腔内にかさぶたが大量にでき、ひどい悪臭が起こります。かさぶたが大量につくことで鼻づまりが起こり、頭痛がしたり、においを感じにくくなったりするようだ。しかし、自分だけ、けむい臭いがするのはどうしてなのかな？

• 訃報

  ２月２日、インフルエンザA感染が原因で妻が死亡した。２６日、風邪の症状で救急搬送、２７日インフルエンザ確定、３０日、再び救急搬送入院、１日危篤状態、その後心停止。死因は多臓器不全でした。インフルエンザはヒトの鼻咽頭で増殖したウイルスが、飛沫感染でほかのヒトの鼻咽頭の細胞に感染して発症します。咽頭癌とインフルエンザはダメでした。普通の人なら問題が無いインフルエンザですが、妻は多くの問題を持っていた。心臓、癌、感染症等・つまり治らない事が初めから分かっていた。しかし、病院側は時間稼ぎの血圧上昇薬と輸血を選択、麻薬使用を希望したが、かなわなかった。本人は非常に痛がっていたが、見ているだけで苦痛を緩和する事も出来なかった。こんな話が参考になるかと思い、つらい事ですが書いてみました。

• 南海地震前兆現象の記録から

  大地震が来る事が分かっていれば、半日あればどこへでも逃げられます。大地震で地殻がきしみ初めVLF電波に異常が出るでしょう。先ず、南海大地震が発生する前の一週間位で、海底の隆起が起き始めます。その為に潮の潮汐が場所により異なり、地盤が上がってないところは、潮がそのまま動かず、地盤が上がったら周囲に潮が広がります。つまり４日前から潮が来たり引いたりという潮の狂いを繰り返すようになります。特に半日前には顕著になりはじめ、気温が暑く感じたりします。地震と同時に急激に気温が下がり、 清水の方で霜が降り、春野でも雪が降った。ただ、南海地震が起こって地盤が沈下したら、地震と同時に潮が入ってきます。 そういう地盤が高知県には到る所にあり、地震が起きてからでは逃げる時間がありません。 沖では船具にドロドロとしたものが付着して、ものすごく臭かったりします。空が真っ赤になったり、夜に空が発光したりします。こういった前兆現象が起こって最終的に潮がさっと引いたら、約半日後に南海大地震が起きる。さて、先ず用意するものはVLF電波受信機と記録計だが、簡易的に使えるラジオでも恐らく分かるだろう。

• 中国の極超音速ミサイルと複数弾頭ミサイル

  9日午前10時、韓国の済州島南方にある離於島（イオド）付近で、中国軍用機10機が韓国側の防空識別区域を侵犯した。この離於島はもともと韓中が管轄権を争う場所だ。中国軍機はその後、H6爆撃機6機、Y8早期警戒機1機、Y9情報収集機1機の計8機が日本側の防空識別区域に抜け、対馬海峡経由で日本海を北東に進み、その後反転して、同じ飛行ルートを通って東シナ海の中国領空に戻ったという。対馬海峡付近では過去にも中国の軍用機が東シナ海から日本海へのルートを往復したことが確認されているが、爆撃機が6機も編隊飛行をしたのは初めてのことだ。これは意図的な日本本土攻撃演習なら、至急対応しなければならない。韓国と中国、日本がそれぞれ設定する防空識別圏は、離於島をはじめとする一部エリアで重なっており、今回中国軍機が侵入した離於島も3カ国の防衛識別圏が重なる場所だった。こうした場所を飛行する際には、通常相手国に対して事前に通知することになっているが、9日の中国軍機はそれをしなかったという。航空自衛隊20機、韓国空軍がF-15KとKF-16戦闘機計10機を出撃させ、緊迫する状況が起きていた。日本の防衛省、韓国軍ともに、今回の中国軍の飛行の意図について分析をしているが、韓国が進めようとしているTHAAD配備に対して中国が強硬に反対し、韓中軍事交流が中断されている状況でもあり、中国によるTHAAD配備へのけん制の動きではないかと見られている。THAAD配備に対抗するため中国はAN/TPY-2の早期警告機能を無効にするミサイル技術を開発し、核および弾道ミサイルの信頼性向上に向けて努力するだろう。その為、中国が開発を加速させると思われるミサイル計画は2つ存在する。「HGV」（極超音速ミサイル）と、「MIRV」という名前で知られる、複数の目標をそれぞれ狙うことが可能な複数弾頭ミサイルだ。中国はすでにMIRVを搭載したミサイル実験を行い、少数ながら配備を始めている。MIRVを中国が配備した場合、中国はTHAADのような最終段階でのミサイル迎撃システムにも対応が可能になる。最後の数分で一つのMIRVから複数の目標に弾頭が向かうためだ。その結果、韓国へのTHAAD配備がもたらす戦略上の優位は、どれほど早く探知しても迎撃が難しいMIRVによって相殺される。MIRVではTHAADの迎撃能力を圧倒することが可能だが、HGVにより中国は迎撃自体を回避する力を持つようになる。HGVは超高速兵器の新種で、中国は秘匿されている開発中の極超音速ミサイル「DF-ZF」の実験に7回成功したとされている。従来とは異なり、上下する軌道を描きながら、従来の弾道ミサイルをはるかに上回る速度で進むDF-ZFのようなHGVは、アメリカの既存のミサイル防衛では探知も迎撃も極めて困難だ。これまでの中国のHGV実験は準中距離および中距離で行われており、DF-ZFは地域ミサイル防衛システムを念頭に開発された可能性がある。アメリカの広範囲な軍事施設へ情報を伝えられるTHAADの韓国配備は、中国のHGV開発を加速させるだけでなく、アメリカに届く長距離ミサイルの開発に計画を拡大する動機となる可能性がある。安全保障の専門家は早ければ2020年、遅くとも2025年までに、中国は極超音速兵器を配備すると予想している。AN/TPY-2を近いうちに配備すると明言したことに刺激された中国が、切迫して早期に高度なミサイルを配備する可能性が高まっている。同様に、中国は現存する核ミサイルをMIRVに転換することで弾道ミサイル防衛を上回る軍事力を身に着け、その段階で核弾頭の数を増やす可能性が高い。米国は２０１４年８月１４日に、極超音速ミサイルの打ち上げ実験をしたが失敗した。中国については、同年８月７日に内モンゴル自治区で落下した物体が、開発中の極超音速ミサイル「ＷＵ－１４」ではないかとの見方がある。事実とすれば「ＷＵ－１４」は数百キロメートル飛行した可能性がある。

• 古い抗がん剤が効く

  2人に1人ががんになる時代である。やがて誰でもがんになる時代がやって来る。しかし、高額な薬を使わずとも完治するとしたら、信じられますか？「P-THP」といって、開発者は前田浩教授(熊本大学名誉教授・崇城大学DDS研究所特任教授)である。2011年には優れた研究者に与えられる「吉田富三賞」を受賞し、2015年のノーベル賞候補と目された人物だ。P-THPは前立腺がんや乳がん、卵巣がんのようなホルモン依存性がんに著しい効果がある一方で、胃がんに対してはそれほどでもない。ただ縮小することが多いという。実は、P-THPに使われているピラルビシンは、特許が切れた古い抗がん剤である。P-THPのPはポリマーで、THPはピラルビシン。ピラルビシンに、高分子のポリマーをくっつけたという意味だ。簡単にいえば、P-THPとはこれだけである。たったこれだけで、在来型の抗がん剤とすっかり変わってしまったのだ。分子生物学の権威であるアメリカのロバート・ワインバーグ博士によれば、転移していないがんで死亡するのは約10％、残りの90％は転移したがんで死んでいるという。つまり、抗がん剤は転移したがんに効かなければ治せないという。従来の抗がん剤は転移したがんには効かなかったが、P-THPは先に述べた3つのステップで転移したがん細胞にも薬剤が届くのである。低分子の薬剤を、分子量4万以上の高分子にすると、正常な血管から漏れずに腫瘍の血管だけに集まるのみならず、いったん腫瘍の内部に取り込まれると外に漏れなくなることを発見し、これを「EPR効果」として発表した。もともと前田教授は東北大学で食糧化学を専攻していた。卒業後、フルブライト奨学生としてカリフォルニア大学大学院に留学したが、なんと受け入れ先がたんぱく質の研究室だった。これがきっかけでたんぱく質が研究テーマになるのだが、帰国後、恩師である石田名香雄教授(のちの東北大総長)が、放線菌からネオカルチノスタチンという、世界で初めてたんぱく質の制癌物質を発見すると、この研究に携わるようになった。このネオカルチノスタチンに世界最強の毒性があることがわかり、ハーバード大学から招聘を受けて、ファーバー癌研究所の研究員としてアメリカに渡る。シドニー・ファーバー博士は化学療法の父とも言われ、がん治療の世界ではカリスマ的な存在だった。前田教授はこのファーバー博士に師事することになる。帰国後、様々な事情があって熊本大学に移るのだが、ここでもネオカルチノスタチンを研究していた。これを高分子につないだら腎臓から漏れなくなるのではないかと考え、カーワックスに使われるポリマーにつないだ。これを油性の造影剤に溶かして、動脈から肝臓のそばで放出すると、見事に肝臓の腫瘍に集まったのである。これが後に肝臓がんの治療薬として承認される世界初の高分子型抗がん剤「スマンクス」である。前田教授が、スマンクスに続いて研究していたのがP-THPだった。80年代、副作用が強くて効かない化学療法の限界をブレイクスルーするために、DDS(ドラッグ・デリバリー・システム)という概念が生まれた。抗がん剤をピンポイントで腫瘍に届けるシステムである。前田教授もこのDDSを研究していて、メルシャン株式会社(ワインメーカーだが、豊富な発酵技術やバイオテクノロジーを利用して医薬品などを開発していた)に研究用の薬剤の提供を申し出たら、たまたまピラルビシンだったという。腫瘍内部に取り込まれやすいことが分かったのは後のことである。これまでに200人近い方がP-THPの安全性試験に参加している。そのほとんどがステージⅣの末期患者だから一概に言えないが、大半は副作用がないことがQOLを高めているのだろう。

• イタリアの地震と火山噴火

  カンピ・フレグレイは2005年以降、科学者らが「隆起」と呼ぶ現象を起こしている。そして最近、この地盤変動のペースが上昇し、地殻下層の地震活動が増加しているのだという。カンピ・フレグレイが実際に再び噴火するのか、また噴火するとすればいつかなどについて明言することは、現時点では不可能だともした。カンピ・フレグレイは、3万9000年前に起きた噴火で形成されたカルデラ。この噴火では、数百立方キロに及ぶ溶岩、岩石、土石などが空中に放出された。科学者らによると、これは過去20万年間に欧州で発生した中で最大級の噴火だという。最後の噴火は1538年に起きたが、その規模ははるかに小さかった。2016年8月24日 イタリア中部地震 - Mw 6.2、震源の深さ10km。死者296人2011年のある日、多くの人が始業時刻よりも早く出勤したために、島中の時計が進んでいることがわかったのだそうです。15分進む現象が現れるのはデジタル時計やパソコンのクロックに限られていて、アナログ時計は影響されていないとのこと。つまりデジタル回路のクリスタル振動子が電磁波の影響を受けたと考えられます。これが自前の地震予知機の原理になります。シチリア島の東部にあるエトナ山は、アイスランドのエイヤフィヤトラヨークトル氷河の火山と同じく昨年 4月頃から活発化の兆候を見せ、秋頃からはストロンボリ式噴火を繰り返すようになっていました。そのエトナ山で 1月 12日、南東火口で噴火とともに溶岩の流出が始まり、近隣の空港も一時閉鎖されました。2010年12月、カンピ･フレグレイに火山活動の兆候がでた。イタリアの有名な観光地･ナポリは 2つの火山にはさまれています。東に 15km ほど行ったところにはヴェスヴィオ山。西暦 79年に噴火し、ローマ帝国の都市ポンペイを火砕流で、またヘルクラネウム（現エルコラーノ）を土石流で埋め尽くしたことで有名です。一方、ナポリの西にはカンピ･フレグレイ（Campi Flegrei）と呼ばれる幅 13km のカルデラが広がり、多くのクレーターが分布しています。このカルデラの西端にあるアヴェルヌス湖の地下で、12月 6日午前 7時 30分から 8時にかけて、マグニチュード 4.8、4.8、5.6、5.7 の地震が相次いで発生しました2009年4月6日 イタリア中部、ラクイラ地震 - Mw 6.3、震源の深さ5km。死者308人イタリアの地殻活動はアフリカプレートとユーラシアプレートが衝突している事で起きている。今から100年前の1908年12月28日に発生したメッシーナ地震について、マルタ島（マルタ共和国）のニュースサイトが伝えています：メッシーナ地震は、「ヨーロッパ最悪の地震」とも言われ、強い揺れと津波で多くの死者を出しました。マグニチュードや死者数については、資料によってばらつきがありますが、USGS（米国地質調査所）の資料では、マグニチュード7.2、死者7万2000人としています。イタリアのニュースサイトでは、マグニチュード7.5、死者20万人としているものもあります。震源は、イタリア本土とシチリア島の間のメッシーナ海峡です。なお、マルタ島は、シチリア島の南約100kmにある小島です。100年前のある日、夜明けの数時間前、マルタ島の住民は北の水平線上に奇妙な光を目撃した。数分後、メッシーナ地震が発生した。メルカリ震度階で震度10（"破滅的"）、マグニチュード7.1であった。大地は32秒間にわたって揺れ、メッシーナの街と、メッシーナ海峡をはさんで対岸にあるレッジョ･ディ･カラブリアの街が破壊された。メッシーナでは90%の建物が倒壊した。メッシーナ地震は、アメリカでも揺れを観測しています。このように遠方で、当時の地震計で揺れを検知したということは、震源での揺れの激しさを物語っています。この地震の後、被災地のシチリア島やイタリア南部からアメリカへの移民が急増しました。

• 最近の韓国

  韓国では、最初は慰安婦像が設置されたことは、大きなニュースにはならなかった。しかし、日本の反応があってから、すごくニュースになっている。日本政府が元慰安婦を支援するために韓国政府が設立した財団に10億円を支払った事は、ほとんどの韓国人は知っている。日韓合意の10億円について、返すべきだ、再交渉するべきだ、という声が多い。一般の国民は慰安婦問題についてそれほど関心がなく、北朝鮮との繋がりがある幹部(脱北スパイ)や政治活動家がデモを扇動している。そうした活動が事実関係を作ってしまい、それ以外を認めないという状況が日韓関係の慰安婦問題の解決を難しくしている。さて、経済面では韓国の家計には消費余力がなくなった。国内総生産（GDP）に占める家計債務の割合は1996年には44％だったが、2015年には85％に達し、赤字世帯の割合も96年は16.7％だったが、15年は21.3％に高まった。そのうえ生産年齢人口まで減少しており、当面は活力を見いだせない状況である。経済政策不確実性指数はアジア通貨危機当時150だったが、大統領の弾劾審判中である現在は3倍近い水準（約420）にあり、大統領選による不確実性も高まっており、投資も回復が期待出来ない。大韓商工会議所は9日、韓国全土の製造業約2400社を対象に調べた第1四半期（1－3月）の景況感指数（BSI）が昨年第4四半期（86）を18ポイント下回る68まで悪化したと発表した。数値は景気判断の分かれ目となる基準値の100を大きく下回り、今年の景気が通貨危機当時並みに厳しいものになるとの悲観的な見方を表すものだった。今日現在の北朝鮮のミサイル攻撃に対する韓国の防衛手段はパトリオット迎撃ミサイル（Ｐａｃ－２）であり、来年までにＰａｃ－３が導入される。ＴＨＡＡＤは、１５０キロの高度で北朝鮮ミサイルを一次迎撃する。しかし、韓国でＴＨＡＡＤやＰａｃ－３を使うことになるだろうか。それは北朝鮮の黄海南道（ファンヘナムド）と韓国の首都圏を戦域として始まった局地戦が全面戦争に向かうという意味だ。北朝鮮の多連装ロケットと長射程砲がソウルを含む首都圏地域を集中砲撃する。４０００台以上の北朝鮮タンクが休戦ラインを突破し、北朝鮮は形勢が不利なら核と５０００トン以上の保有化学武器も使う。 韓半島（朝鮮半島）で戦争が再発すれば、もはや戦争被害は世界大戦レベルになる。戦争が終わった韓半島は放射能物質と毒ガスで満ちた焦土が残る。昔から韓半島は大陸と外界勢力の緩衝地帯であり、何が起きても不思議ではない。本来は外交を通じて正しい選択が出来た筈なのに、適当な指導者がいない国・韓国

• 一つの中国と対米戦争

  「もしもトランプ大統領が、就任後も引き続き『一つの中国』を取引材料に使うのなら、習近平主席は遠からず、アメリカとの断交を宣言します。14億の中国人も、習主席についていくと思います。中国には人口100万以上の都市が142もあります。万が一、米中が戦争になったとしても、アメリカのほうが先に音を上げます」　台湾は、オープンで多元的、進歩的な民主社会で、人々は大変友好的だ。住宅価格や消費者物価が比較的安価なことや、起業機会、香港と台湾における文化の類似性など、あらゆる要因が、香港居住者に台湾移住を検討させている。中国は、台湾近辺で軍事的挑発を行うことで、台湾支配に向けた決意を示す可能性がある。たとえば、人口密度の高い台湾西岸に近い水域にミサイルを発射することによって海路や空路を実質的に封鎖するなどの手段に訴える可能性があり、これは地域を不安定化する動きとなる。中国の国営メディアは、台湾問題を断固として解決するためには、いまや軍事的手段が必要となるかもしれないとさえ示唆している。　中国は米国にとって最大の債権国であり、９月時点で１兆１６００億ドル（約１３７兆円）相当の米国債を保有している。中国が保有する米国債のかなりの部分を急に売却すると決定すれば、米債券市場に深刻な打撃を与え、米国は資金を求めて慌てることになる。銅からトウモロコシ、原油に至るまで、中国は世界随一のコモディティ消費国である。したがって中国は、農産物調達先の乗り換えを模索することで米国に打撃を与えることができる。トウモロコシから大豆に至るまで、米国産農産物の中国輸出量は、２０１５年に過去最高の４７９０万トンに達した。　南シナ海における領有権紛争に関して今年、国際司法の場で中国が敗れた後、アップル(AAPL.O)やケンタッキーフライドチキンの親会社ヤム・ブランズ(YUM.N)など複数の米国ブランドが、短期間ではあるが反米的な抗議行動やボイコットの標的となった。米企業に対し関税を引き上げる可能性や、航空機などの製品について、米国以外の競合他社へ乗り換える動きが露骨に進められることも考えられる。中国は為替レートの安定に苦しみ、昨年はそのために外貨準備を１兆ドル以上も使った。現在の外貨準備高は３兆ドル強にまで落ち込んでいる。それにもかかわらず人民元相場は下落し、１ドル＝７元台をうかがっている。人民元安を食い止めようとする政策は高くつき、現在行われている公式および非公式な資本統制は基本的に持続不可能だ。

• 未知の恐怖が近づいてくる

  1月06日のブログで報告した17時頃の電磁波についてこの予兆による地震活動はまだありません。放射された電磁波は何だったのか？南海連動型地震の兆候かも。経験上、地震前の一日中に地表と空間電界に瞬間的電磁気変化があるのは何度も確認している。新潟淡路断層帯に何らかの異変が起きている事は確かなのですが、私の想像だけでは、話にならないでしょうね。実は新潟淡路断層帯と南海トラフは関係している。1996年以降の20年間で、三重県周辺では深さ300km以上の深発地震が28回も起きていた。昭和凍南海地震の翌年1945年から20年間に同地域で起きた深発地震(14回)を比較してみても、同地域が活動域に入ったと判断出来ます。神戸大学の石橋教授は駿河湾から四国沖にかけての南海トラフと糸静線が連動し、M9クラスの巨大地震が起こる可能性を指摘する。ちなみに昭和凍南海地震(1944年)の前には北但馬地震(1925年)、北丹後地震(1927年)、鳥取地震(1943年)が起きていた。

• 新潟上越地震予測

  本日、17時頃 予兆の電磁波受信しました。明日の地震は新潟方面かも知れない。上越市では10年10月3日(M4.7)以降 震度5弱以上の地震が未だ起きていない。2004年の新潟県中越地震では、震度7を記録。2007年の新潟県中越沖地震では、震度6強。もう一つの予想震源域は熊本、2016年の熊本地震は大地殻変動の始まりに過ぎない。熊本地震によって地下圧力減少、九州の火山帯が活発化を呈するほどになってきた。その一つである宮崎えびの高原（硫黄山）周辺では、火山活動が高まっており、今後、小規模な噴火が発生する。ここに新燃岳や大幡池、御鉢が加わって更に災害が発生する。現在は平穏な状況であるが、全ての可能性が消えたわけではない。それに比べると富士山は非常に静かである。

• 地震前の予兆電磁波

  12月30日、ブログの書き出しに、午後一時過ぎ、かなり強い低周波電磁波の変化が観測されましたと記述。今日まで震源地が不明なままでした。31日と5日、福島沖(M5.6～5.3)の地震が3度続きましたが、まさか、こんなに遠くの電磁波が福岡で拾えるものかな？福島沖12月31日 5時8分頃発生なら16時間前例えば1日の有明海の予兆なら時間がたちすぎている。本当なら奇跡的なのですが・・それ以外、該当する地震も発生していない。余りにも疑わしいので、次回からPCのスペアナ画面で残そうと準備中です。もし、ボランティアで観測し、報告できる人が数人いれば、かなりの確率で予知できるのですが

• フラックスゲート型センサーが面白い

  フラックスゲート型センサーは、DC磁界の測定に対応可能であり、高精度磁気コンパスなどに利用されている。このタイプのセンサーはホール効果型センサーより感度が高い。なので、今回はピークデーターを自動記録することで地震予知機になるというお話。対象となる地震規模はM6以上(深部地震は対象とならない)　フラックスゲート型センサーの構造はさまざまである。最も代表的なのは透磁率の高いコアに励磁用のコイルと検出用のコイルを巻いたものであろう。励磁用のコイルにAC電流を印加すると、コア内の磁束密度が周期的に飽和する。検出用のコイルには、コアの磁束密度の変化に応じて電気信号が誘起される。誘起される電気信号は外部の磁界がない場合、正負に相似の波形になる。つまり、正負双方を加算するとゼロボルトである。一方、外部の磁界が重畳される場合には、磁束密度が飽和するタイミングが中心からずれるので、正負加算により正又は負の変化が生じる。この変化分が外部の磁界に対応する反応である。尚、自分流に簡素化した理論なので、フラックスゲート磁力計の一般論ではない。励磁に用いる正負両極性の電流を可変的に変化させることで、低周波から高周波領域に達する外部磁界の測定が可能になる。この動作理由により、地球の日変化が観測できるほど精度がある。

• 韓国２０年代初頭に北を先制攻撃する可能性

  韓国国防省は4日、黄教安首相に対する2017年の国防政策報告で「有事の際、北朝鮮指導部を排除する特殊部隊を今年の早い時期に創設する」と明らかにした。最高司令官の金正恩朝鮮労働党委員長を直接狙う特殊部隊は19年の創設を予定していたが、北朝鮮の核・ミサイル開発の加速を受け、当初予定を２年前倒しした。同省は北朝鮮指導部を狙って直接反撃や報復を加える作戦計画「KMPR」の準備を進めている。特殊部隊はKMPRの任務を遂行する実動部隊として創設。核攻撃の兆候を察知した場合、平壌に侵入し、核兵器使用の権限を持つとされる金正恩氏を含む指導部幹部らを「排除する任務」（国防省）を持つ。核・ミサイル攻撃に備え、抑止力を高める狙いもある。

• 日本列島蒸発

  金正恩朝鮮労働党委員長が今年の「新年の辞」で、大陸間弾道ミサイル（ＩＣＢＭ）の試験発射準備が「最終段階に達した」と述べたことが俄然注目を集めている。本年は米本土をターゲットとしたＫＮ－０８及びその改良型のＫＮ－１４が試験発射されるかもしれない。北朝鮮は昨年３月に中距離弾道ミサイル用大出力固体エンジン地上噴射実験を行い、１か月後の４月にはＩＣＢＭ用の大出力エンジン地上噴射実験を行っていた。また、９月には静止衛星用とされる新型ロケットエンジンの実験も行っていた。北朝鮮が６月２２日に「発射に成功した」と発表した「ムスダン」は「頂点高度１４１３．６ｋｍまで上昇し、４００ｋｍ前方の予定された目標水域に落弾」したとされている。ミサイルは大気圏を突破、再度大気圏に再突入したことになる。大気圏外からの弾頭の再進入には７千度前後の高熱と振動に耐える技術が必要だが、弾頭が燃え尽きず、「目標水域に落弾」したならば、北朝鮮は大気圏再進入の技術を獲得したことになる。北朝鮮がグアムに対する核攻撃の能力を有するというのは、ほぼ間違いないだろう。北朝鮮は昨年２月２３日の最高司令部の重大声明で朝鮮半島有事の際の第一次攻撃対象は韓国の青瓦台（大統領府）と韓国内の基地及び施設、第二次攻撃対象として「太平洋上の米軍基地と米本土である」と公言し、それに従って、韓国全土を標的にした５００ｋｍの弾道ミサイル、在日米軍基地とグアムのアンダーソン基地をターゲットにした「ノドン」と「ムスダン」に続き、ＳＬＢＭ（潜水艦発射弾道ミサイル）の発射実験も並行して行ってきた。もし、ミサイル核戦争が始まれば、結果は分かっている。当然、回避する事は不可能＝終了である。

• 深発地震と大地震は全く別

  3日3時35分三重県南東沖(地下380キロ)を震源とする地震が発生。その地震が深発地震(水素爆発)である。同じような例として13年9月23日の三重県南東沖(地下370キロ)10年4月27日の三重県南東沖(地下380キロ)8年9月6日の三重県南東沖(地下410キロ)三重県南東沖の太平洋プレートの沈み込みは継続しているものと思われます。マントル対流によって地球内部に潜っていく熔融マントルには、海溝部付近での大地震によって取り込まれた大量の水が混入し、定期的に深発地震を起こしていると考えられます。この水は地球内部に進入すると、温度の上昇に伴って、解離する度合いが増加していくはずです。解離度100%になるまで解離水爆発が繰り返される。これが、帯上になって深発地震面が出来る理由になる。深発地震はほとんど被害を与えることも無く、数も少ない地震ですが、これまでは、その発震メカニズムが解からなくて、地震の謎であったのです。新・地震学セミナーからの学び

• 地震予知機終了　ストック0

  今年は酉年、当たり年になるか？日本時間1月2日22:14頃、フィジー諸島の南付近を震源とするM6.0の深発地震が発生しました。震源の深さ：549.2km 地震の規模：M6.0３日午前６時２４分ごろ、青森県で震度３の地震があった。震源地は青森県東方沖で、震源の深さは約６０キロ。地震の規模はマグニチュード（Ｍ）４・３と推定。この地震は3.11東日本大震災の余震ではないか(同心円上で頻発する余震)まだ明らかな異常はないものの、半月以内に南太平洋地震の巨大なエネルギーが列島に到達。36年周期(昭和の南海地震は70年)が到来している。16年4月、マグニチュード（M）6クラスの地震が三重県沖で発生したが、南海トラフ地震へ発展しなかった。今後、36年周期による地震が頻発する筈である。既に熊本の阿蘇山が噴火し、上越地震(一月下旬)も分かっている。さらに宮城県沖地震や日本海中部地震の可能性もある。1978年（昭和53年）に地震が集中するという事があった。1月14日 伊豆大島近海の地震 Mj 7.03月7日 東海道南方沖で地震 Mj 7.23月23日 択捉島南東沖で地震 Mj 7.03月25日 択捉島南東沖で地震 Mj 7.36月12日 宮城県沖地震 Mj 7.4（Mw 7.4）12月6日 択捉島付近で地震 Mj 7.2気象庁は駿河湾付近の陸のプレートの動きを監視し、海上保安庁は南海トラフ沿いの海底の地殻変動を観測しています。

  新潟県上越地震予告

  これは何だ!私には直ぐ分った。一月の震源域が新潟県上越市だろう。多分、M7クラスになるかな。こんな図が気象庁の壁面にあったので、気になって掲載しました。くれぐれも内密にお願い致します。気象庁が地震に至る地殻の歪を知っていながら公表しなかったとなれば・・12月28日に茨城県北部地震(M6.3)が有ったが、いわき市付近もマークされていたようだ。図を見てもらえば不自然だと思われるでしょう。何故ここに地形の異常が出るのでしょう？いわき地震については人工地震説がある。まさに今この場所の地下で度々地震が起きている。東電福島原発近くのいわき市勿来で、CCS（CO2炭酸ガス分離回収貯蔵）という産官プロジェクトが行われているようだ。現在、福島県いわき市勿来において、世界最高効率を目指した、ＩＧＣＣ（石炭ガス化複合発電）大型実証実験が、行われている。実施者は、電力会社１０社で共同設立された(株)クリーンコールパワー研究所。世界最先端のＩＧＣＣと、大規模なガス田の跡地（旧磐城沖ガス田）が沖合（発電所から６０ｋｍ沖合）に存在するいわき市は、世界に先駆けたＩＧＣＣ＋ＣＣＳの適地であるとしている。しかし、これは新たな地震を誘発しかねないとみている。２０１１年の福島県いわき市で起きた所謂『４１１いわき地震M7.0』の時に、震源の近くに、日本CCS調査という組織が、二酸化炭素を地中に埋め込む実験をしていた。

  地震予知機と磁気信号

  ０４年１２月に起きたマグニチュード（Ｍ）９以上だったスマトラ沖大地震の際に、地面の揺れが大気を伝わって高度１００キロを超えた場所にある電離層を動かしていたことがわかった。電離層の振動は５時間近くも続き、影響が長い時間にわたって残ることも明らかになった。スマトラ沖大地震の際に、タイ東北部で地表近くの磁場（電磁界）変化を測定。約３．６分周期の極めて小さな磁場変化が地震発生直後から起きていたことを見つけた。電離層内にあるプラスとマイナスの荷電粒子が揺れたことで、電流が発生し、磁場（電磁界）変化をもたらした。０７年４月に起きた三重中部地震（Ｍ５．４）の際には磁場だけでなく、気圧も観測し、ほぼ同じ周期で揺れていることを確かめた。京都大学地磁気世界資料解析センターの家森俊彦教授らが解析した。もし、この約３．６分周期の磁場変化が自然界の定数ならば、機械予知に応用できる訳で、その特定の磁場周期を常時監視することで前兆とする。フラックスゲート磁力計は構造が簡単なので広く利用されてきた。誰でも理解しやすい磁力計である。要は磁力計の変化分が磁場周期と合致すれば、出力するシーケンスを組み立てればよいのである。これが私が考えていたアイデアなのだが、上手くいくかな・・過去酉年に発生した地震この下が日本の重力図内陸地震が赤いところ(重力大)の境で発生している。

  韓国の「戦争景気」

  全世界の兵器取引額は減少したが、米国の兵器輸出額はむしろ増加した。韓国は開発途上国のうち兵器輸入額で4位に上がった。「ニューヨークタイムズ」は26日、米議会調査局報告書である「2008~2015年における開発途上国への通常兵器移転」を引用し、米国が昨年、全世界を対象に402億ドルの兵器を販売(契約額基準)し、不動の1位を守ったと報じた。この資料によると、昨年全世界の兵器取引額は800億ドルで、2014年の809億ドルに比べて小幅減少したが、米国の兵器輸出額は2014年に比べて40億ドル増加した。米国の兵器輸出額は全世界の兵器輸出額の半分以上を占めるほど圧倒的だ。兵器輸入の主要顧客は中東地域の国家だ。昨年1位のカタールは175億ドルの兵器を購入し、2位は1人当たりの国内総生産(GDP)が3000ドルにも満たないエジプトで、119億ドル分の兵器を輸入した。3位はサウジアラビアで86億ドル、4位は韓国で54億ドルの兵器を購入した。以下、パキスタン、イスラエル、アラブ首長国連邦、イラク、アルジェリアなどが多くの兵器を購入した。兵器の輸入上位10カ国のうち、中東国家以外の国は韓国と中国(9位、22億ドル)のみだった。報告書によると、韓国は昨年、兵器輸出でも11位(3億ドル)に上った。「フィナンシャル・タイムズ」は今月初め「韓国の戦争事業がブームを迎えた」と報じた。同紙は当時、韓国の兵器製造会社が通常兵器の需要増加と価格競争力に支えられて繁盛しており、2009年に比べて数年間で新しい兵器の輸出が1100%増えたと伝えた。ハンギョレ新聞 1/12月22日、ストックホルム国際平和研究所（SIPRI）が発表した資料によると、2011〜2015年に全世界で兵器の輸入規模が最も大きかった10カ国の中に、インド、中国、オーストラリア、パキスタン、ベトナム、韓国など、アジア・太平洋圏の6カ国が含まれた。韓国は、この期間中、全世界の兵器輸入額の2.6％を占め、10位だった。アジア・太平洋地域の兵器輸入は、2006〜2010年に比べて26％も急増した。世界中の兵器輸入量の46％を占める巨大な規模だ。最大の兵器輸入10カ国のうち、残りの4カ国は、サウジアラビア、アラブ首長国連邦、トルコなど、中東圏の3カ国と米国だった。ストックホルム国際平和研究所側は、「中国が兵器の輸入と国内開発を通じて軍事的能力を強化し続けている。これに対抗し、インドやベトナム、日本など周辺国もかなりのレベルで軍事力を増強している」と明らかにした。経済成長の鈍化などによる経済的危機感の中でも、アジア・太平洋地域の軍事費支出は増えている。 米紙ウォールストリート・ジャーナルは、「国の購買力は経済力と連動しているが、アジア・太平洋諸国は、原材料価格の下落と中国の成長鈍化に伴う圧力にもかかわらず、軍事費を減らしていない」と指摘した。イギリスの国際戦略研究所（IISS）も最近出した報告書で、「昨年の景気低迷の流れがアジア・太平洋地域の軍事支出はほとんど影響を与えなかった」と明らかにした。同研究所は昨年、アジア・太平洋地域全体の国内総生産（GDP）に対する軍事費の割合が1.48％で、2010年以来、最大値を記録したと発表した。特に、韓中日とインドネシアが昨年軍備増強計画を発表して注目を集めたと国際戦略研究所は指摘した。朴槿恵（パククネ）大統領は昨年10月、国会施政演説で「北朝鮮による挑発の可能性と、朝鮮半島をめぐる安保不安要因に効果的に対処するために、来年度の国防費の増加率を総支出の増加率（3.0％）よりも高い4.0％と策定した」と述べた。日本は4年連続で防衛予算を増額し、昨年末、史上初めて5兆円を超える防衛予算を編成した。当時の自衛隊内では「対中国抑止力の向上」という評価が出てきた。中国も事情はあまり変わらない。習近平・中国国家主席は昨年9月の戦勝節70周年記念の軍事パレードで行った演説で「30万兵力の削減」を宣言し、最近相次いで軍の組織改編を断行したが、国防予算は大幅に増えるものと見られている。今月16日、ロイター通信は、中国が来月の全国人民代表大会（全人代）で発表する今年の国防予算増加率が二桁になると予想した。同通信は、匿名の軍関係者を引用して、兵力を削減による軍の不満を和らげ、南シナ海の領有権紛争などの懸案に対処するための計算に基づいたものであると伝えた。中国は、2011年以来、着実に国防予算を10〜12％ずつ増やしてきた。兵器輸出では、米国の独走が続いているが、中国の浮上も注目に値する。ストックホルム国際平和研究所の資料によれば、米国は、2011〜2015年の期間の間、全体の兵器輸出量の33％を販売し、2位のロシア（25％）を大きく引き離した。さらに、ウクライナ事態と西側の制裁で、2年間連続で輸出が減ったロシアとは異なり、米国の軍需産業は好況期を迎えたように見える。ストックホルム国際平和研究所は「米国は最近5年間で、少なくとも96カ国に兵器を販売・無償支援しており、米国の軍需産業は、9カ国に最先端のステルス戦闘機、F35を 611台輸出するなど、大規模な輸出関連取引を進めている」と明らかにした。中国は全体の兵器輸出の5.9％を占め、フランスやドイツ、イギリスを抜いて3位に浮上した。

• 街に増え続ける外国人留学生

  街角で中国語とも韓国語とも異なるアジアの言語を耳にしたり、褐色の肌の人々を見かけたりすることが、九州でもここ数年で急に増えた。実は、その多くは勿論、旅行者ではない。福岡市南区に住む外国人は８月現在４６５８人で、０９年に比べ１・５倍。中国人が減る一方、ベトナム人やネパール人が増え、それぞれ千人を超えた。近くに日本語学校があるためだ。福岡県下の日本語学校は44校で全国の半数を占める。来年1月末に厚生労働省が公表する日本の外国人労働者数（就労する留学生含む）は、初の100万人突破が確実視される。九州7県でも計5万人を超える見通しで、特にベトナム人とネパール人は過去5年間で10倍増というハイペースぶりだ。政府は2020年までに原則週28時間まで就労可能な外国人留学生を30万人に増やす計画や、外国人を企業や農家などで受け入れ、技術習得を目的に働いてもらう技能実習制度の拡充を進めてきた。その結果、国連が「移民」と定義する「12カ月以上居住する外国人」は増加の一途。国籍や文化の異なる民が同じ地域で共に暮らし、働く、新たな「移民時代」を日本は迎えている。人種、宗教、国籍、特定の社会的集団の構成員、政治的意見のいずれかの理由で迫害を受ける恐れがある。これが、難民認定の条件だ。入管難民法上、留学ビザでは原則「週２８時間」しか働けないが、難民申請すれば、半年後からフルタイムで働ける特定活動ビザに変更できる。この「特権」が、こぼれ落ちた留学生を引き寄せる。難民申請の審査結果が出るのは半年から１年後。そこで不認定となっても異議申し立てが可能で、再審査は２～３年かかる。明らかに「正当な理由がない」と判断されるまで、異議申し立ては何度でも可能。再審査中に就職先が見つかれば就労ビザの取得もできる。難民申請やビザ切り替えの手続きを請け負う日本の行政書士は申請はほぼ偽装だという。

• 地球の磁場がなくなれば何が起きるのか？

  午後一時過ぎ、かなり強い低周波電磁波の変化が観測されました。この電磁波発生については隣の建築工事(発電機動作)と関係ないと思いますが、報告しておきます。地震予知警告としては最重要の要素／鳥取地震の時は前日発報しました。今回は福岡より300キロ圏かな１９９６年ＮＡＳＡは「Mars Global Surveyor」を打ち上げた。そのミッションの一つは火星全体を測量する事だった。火星と地球はとてもよく似た惑星で、どちらも同じ物質から構成されていて、硬い地殻と高密度の核を持ち、大気の成分も似通っていて、数十億年前には火星にも海があったと考えている。今は凍りついた砂漠の惑星となっているが、その理由を知るためにも、表面を観測してデータを集めた。太古の火星を研究しているＭＩＴベン・ワイス教授は、「現在の火星は、核が全球的な磁場を作り出していない。しかし、南部高地の周辺には地球と同じくらい強い磁力が発生している場所が点在している。ただし。それらの磁場では磁力線がバラバラの方に向いて北を指していない。地殻の傍に強い磁場が発生している事を発見した。今でも一部にとても強い磁気圏があることを考えれば、過去には磁気圏があったことは間違いない。磁場を作っている岩は磁気圏がなければ磁化しなかったからだ」と語る。故火星は磁気圏を失ったのか？またそれを失った結果、何が起こったのか？その答は火星の岩に隠されている。ワイス教授は火星の隕石を手に入れ、「地球には、火星に小惑星か彗星がぶつかった破片が飛んでくる。隕石は磁気的にシールドされた特別な部屋に保管されている。この隕石の磁場をスクイットと呼ばれる超伝導量子干渉計で測定する。この極めて敏感な装置は、隕石の磁力を正確に測定する。様々なサンプルを分析して、その結果から原始の火星の磁場を描き出す。４５億年前の火星が生まれた当時の岩もある。その隕石の磁力を測定した結果、当時の火星は現在の地球とほぼ同じ磁力を持っていた事が判った。火星は誕生から５０００万年の間は強い磁気圏を持っていた。サンプルごとに磁場の強さが全く違うので驚いている。例えば４５億年前の岩の磁場の映像では、大きな全く磁気がない部分を挟んで、磁気異常が点在していた」と語る。何故火星の磁気圏が消えたのかは不明だが、その結果起こった事は明確だ。ブロックスハム教授は「火星から磁場が消えた時に、太陽風と宇宙線から火星を守っていたシールドも同時に消えた。その結果、大気にとてつもない変化が起こった。磁気圏が弱くなると太陽風が火星の大気を吹き飛ばし、海が蒸発し、温度が急激に低下した。もし原始的生命がいたとしても全て絶えただろう。磁場を失った火星は死の星になり、今見るような赤い惑星になった」と言う。地球の磁場も急速に弱くなっている。もしこのまま衰え続ければ、火星と同じ運命を辿るかもしれない。今解明すべき問題は地球の磁場のエネルギーはどこから来るかだ。現在、南大西洋と南米のある地域で地磁気が弱まっている。ブラジル沖海域は磁場が急速に弱まっていて、南大西洋異常域ＳＡＡ(South Atlantic Anomaly)と呼ばれる。その面積は約800万k㎡だったが、陸地に向かって拡大続けている。原因はまだ完全には解明されていないが、結果は恐ろしいものになる可能性がある。ＳＡＡで発見された高エネルギー粒子、および太陽風が新たに注入した粒子などの組み合わさった結果、人工衛星を全く交信できない状況が多数発生している。上空を横切る衛星が決定的な損傷を受ける事もあり得る。ハッブル宇宙望遠鏡も異常域にさしかかる時には重要な装置を一時停止している。地球磁場の大きさが以前より10倍の速度で弱くなっていることから、地球内部で磁場をつくる溶けた溶融鉄の流れに異変が生じたとする研究者もいる。磁場が弱くなるのは逆転の前兆と考えるのは早計かもしれないが、地球内部の環境が急激に変化しだしたことは確かである。この弱まりは地磁気が逆転する前兆であると言う。前回、地磁気の逆転が起きたのは７８万年前、まだ人類は存在していなかった。 方位磁針のＮ極は概ね北を指すが、厳密には北を指していない。自転の真北と磁北のなす角度を偏角と言うが、この偏角は時間と場所により異なる。北磁極は、北半球の地表面で磁力線の方向が鉛直になっている地点だが、この北磁極も時と共にゆっくりと移動している。北磁極は２０世紀中に１１００ｋｍ動いたが、その動きは加速しており、１９７０年には９ｋｍ／年だったのに対し、２００１年から２００３年までの平均速度は４１ｋｍ／年であった。２００５年の時点では、北磁極はカナダのエルズミーア島の西方であったが、現在の速度と方向で変わらず移動すれば、５０年後に北磁極はシベリアになると予測されている。地球は地殻、マントル、核から成り立っていて、核は鉄やニッケル、外核は流体で内核は固体。地磁気を作っているのはこの外核の部分だと考えられている。外核はとても電流を流しやすい性質があり、電流が流れると磁場が作られる。一番外側の地殻は、ほんの数ｋｍの岩盤、その下はマントルで地殻より密度が高い半ば溶けた岩。地表から２９００ｋｍの地下は外核と言い、溶けた鉄とニッケルが渦巻いている。地下５０００ｋｍから中心までは月ほどの大きさの鉄の塊の内核で温度は太陽の表面とほぼ同じ。科学者達はこの外核が磁気を生んでいると考えている。永久磁石は約６５０℃で磁力が消えるので、地球の磁場は別の方法で生まれていると考えられる。地磁気の成因は特にダイナモ理論と呼ばれる。その原理とは外核は金属流体とし、内核は金属固体のコアで回転差を与えると、核の内部と外部に磁気アークが発生し、強力で安定した持続的な磁場を形成する。磁北極が変わるのは地球ダイナモが揺らぐからだ。特にこの数十年はその動きが早くなっている。やがて内核と外核は回転差が逆になるだろう。その前に地球ダイナモは停止する。地球の核は冷め続けていて、外核が固まるので、内核が大きくなっている。いつか硬い内核しかなくなるかもしれない。あるいは完全に固まる前に、磁場が消えてしまうだろう。

• 地震は平穏化するだろうか

  気象庁によりますと、今年震度５弱以上を記録した地震は福島沖や熊本・鳥取など３２回（１２月２８日現在）。震度３以上を記録した回数では、平成で歴代３位の多さ（７８８回）だという。４月、強力な破壊力を持つ震度７の地震が立て続けに起こった熊本県を最初に内陸地震が続いている。１０月には鳥取県中部で震度６弱の地震が発生。１１月には福島県沖で震度５弱の地震が発生。１２月には茨城県北部で震度６弱の地震が発生した。このペースで地震が継続するなら、新年早々から大変な状況になりそうだ。ちなみに房総半島が大きく動いているため、近くマグニチュード6前後の地震発生が予測されます。「埼玉県越谷」、「千葉県市川・鴨川」において大きな地殻変動が観測されており、房総半島全体においても相模トラフ方向に向かう大規模な地殻変動が観測されています。その為、房総半島南方沖から三宅島東方沖までの「相模トラフ」周辺においてマグニチュード6以上の地震発生の可能性があります。Ring of Fire活性1900年代では、1950年～1965年の15年間でM8～M9クラスの地震が６回、その内M9クラスの地震は４回起きています。また、2004年～2014年の10年間でM8～M9クラスの地震が５回、その内M9クラスの巨大地震は既に２回起きています。普通では無い地震確率の高さです。今後、10年間で大地殻変動が起きるのでしょうか？ちなみに2016年12月にRing of Fireで大きな地震の大量発生があった。単なる偶然なのか、予兆なのか日本時間12月30日07:30頃、インドネシア・スンバワ島南岸付近を震源とするM6.2の地震が発生しました。震源地：インドネシア・スンバワ島南岸付近(南緯9.0度　東経118.6度)チリ南部でM7.6 (12/26) 東ティモール近海でM6.5(12/21) ソロモン諸島付近でM6.7(12/20) ペルー・ブラジル国境付近でM6.1(12/18)ソロモン諸島付近でM6.0(12/18) 1パプアニューギニア付近でM7.9(12/17) 南太平洋ソロモン諸島でM7.0(12/10)インドネシア・スマトラ島北部アチェ州付近でM6.5(12/7) アリューシャン列島・アガツ島付近でM6.0(12/3) ペルー南部でM6.3(12/2)

• 房総地震がやがて

  28日21:38頃、茨城県北部(北緯36.7度、東経140.6度)を震源とするM6.3の地震があり、茨城県高萩市で震度6弱の揺れを観測しました。ブログで震源を福島県沖と予測していましたが、かなり東京に近付いています。トカラ地震はその前兆 この方面の地震が二三日中に再び発生する可能性も高く、もし、南房総地震が発生した場合、相当の被害が出ます。その次は勿論、東京湾地震となります。

• 地震とピエゾ磁気

  地震活動は、現在ではプレート運動によって地殻にたまった歪が解放されるときの現象であると考えられています。火山活動の地震や内陸型地震は、プレート地震とは少し原因が違う。日本列島の生い立ちから考えれば、太平洋プレートやフィリピン海プレートが押し寄せてきて日本列島(島孤)に激突、蓄熱変形を与えます。この変形に耐えられなくなって、地殻の破壊や反動を伴う地震となります。地磁気と地震活動との関係は、これら一連の運動によって地磁気が影響を受けるか否かというと、かなり小さななものと考えられ、直接的には誘電体(地殻)の分極が起きる。誘電体の端どうしで高層放電すると考えられます。(気象条件で筋状の地震雲が目視できる)勿論、岩石に圧力がかかったときにピエゾ磁気が発生する。帯磁率は圧力方向で減少しますが、それと直交する方向では増加する。これを地磁気の変動としてとらえる。地磁気の変化の大ささは、地殻にかかる圧力の大きさ・範囲・帯磁率・地磁気の大きさによります。地磁気が10nT～100nT程度に変化するのであれば、現在の地磁気観測測定器で充分に検出可能である。地殻に徐々に圧力が加わるに従ってピエゾ磁気が増加していきますが、地震によって今までの圧力が一度に解放されて同時にこのピエゾ磁気もなくなります。地磁気は常に変動していますから、普通に地磁気の測定をすると地震による影響分と地磁気の自然変化を加えたものを測定していることになります。観測では地磁気の変動の中で、5分～100分程度の周期をもつ水平成分と鉛直成分の変化分の比をとります。鉛直成分/水平成分大震災の発生する頃0.5以下となり、以後は増加して普通になります。要は地磁気の水平成分の変化が大きく出た場合、数年以内に大地震がくる。
