湖の彼岸　－向こう岸の街、水面に映った社会、二重写しの自分－

City A is often viewed among the most unsafe cities in the world today. Recent data, however, suggests that City A is not as unsafe as it is often assumed. Compared with other cities of its size, its violent crime rate is among the five lowest in the world. I argue that such evidence indicates that the perception that City A is unsafe must be revised.
