二度づけ禁止な夜 One dip per skewer
今夜は、来月からアメリカ某所に長期出張されるSKさんの送別会でした。場所は、U君&えびなお夫妻とYNさん推奨の串だおれ@神田。We had a farewell party for SK at Kushi-daore in Kanda.とにかく串カツが安くて楽しい。名物の豚バラなんて、1本50円(!)ですからね。あと、シメのキャラメルアイスが何気に美味しかったです。We enjoyed Kushikatsu and drinks.Kushikatsu is a Japanese-style of deep-fried kebab. In Japanese, kushi refers to the skewers used while katsu means a deep-fried cutlet of meat.It can be made with chicken, pork, seafood, and seasonal vegetables. These are skewered on bamboo kushi; dipped in egg, flour, and panko; and deep-fried in vegetable oil.They may be served straight or with tonkatsu sauce.
