排骨支那竹煮@新台北別館(浜松町)
見た目はなかなかですが、実際は食べるところがほとんどありません。We had a lunch at Shintaipei-bekkan in Hamamatsu-cho.I took a Paiko-shinachiku-ni, boiled spareribs with Shinachiku.( Shinachiku is bamboo shoots produced in China, which have been boiled, dried or preserved in salt, soaked in hot water and then seasoned for use in Chinese food. )It is attractive.
