新しい職場での勤務が始まると同時に、採用時の健康診断を指定の病院で受けるように指示されて、仕方なく病院へ。
健康診断って本当に憂鬱です。
ご存知のとおり、私は血管が細い体質なんでなかなか採血ができない。
でも、健康診断には必ず血液検査が必要。
とりあえず看護婦さんに両腕を見せて、血液が取れそうな方の腕からなんとか
採取してもらった。
今回の身体測定では、身長が2センチ縮んでいて、体重が3キロ減っていた。
体重減少はきっと引越しの多忙さのおかげだと思うのはいうまでもありません。
（苦笑）
でもお決まりの心電図でひっかかってしまった。医師に言われるまでもなく、自分も認識していることなのと普通の日常生活には支障がないので、診断書には異常なしにしてもらえた。初めからこんなことではつまづきたくはない。その代わり、今後は年に1回必ず心電図を取るという約束付きだけれどね。
久々に自分の健康状態が把握できて、ある意味よかったかも！？

As soon as my job started in my new office, they told me to get a physical examination at the informed hospital.
So I had to go to the hospital for my physical examination.
Physical examination isn't all that fun, you know.
As you already know, I have thin blood vessels. This makes it hard to get my blood. But when one takes a physical examination, blood test is necessary.
I showed the nurse my arms, so that she can see which arm to collect my blood.
At the physical examination, my height was 2cm shorter and I weigh 3kg less than last year.
As for my decrease in weight, I think the busy days for our moving did it.
But I got bad result with my electrocardiogram. But I knew that I had some heart problem before the doctor told me so and it's not too concerning if you live a normal daily life. So I asked the doctor not to write that down and in exchange, I promised him to get a electrocardiogram once every year.
In a way, it was good way to know about my physical conditions.
