nekomushiさんからのコメントで、確かに原文掲載もおもしろいと思ったので、怒りメールのやり取りの原文を出しておきます。別にこんなもの、わからなくてもよろしいので、遠慮なくスルーして下さい。(爆)最初の苦情This is my complaint about recent conversation took place at 09:00.Last Friday, I got your letter to inform me that my applied credit card detail for below order was invalid.Therefore I kept trying to get hold of any operators to give my new credit card detail over the weekend only to hear endless recording message to wait or call some other time.I somehow understand that there should be high call volume this season and I am not blaming much of this itself.However, when I eventually reached one of your operator this morning, she said there was no record about my ordered item at all.Despite I received below e-mail as our mutual record of item order, how dare you tell me you don't have any record of my order whilst you requested me for my card detail???The reason I had to give you my old card detail was that new card validity would start only from December and I placed the order well within November.If only you were to process the order at the right timing, I wouldn't have been bothered by trying your number so many times.Don't you have any reasonable procedure to keep these pending items record by some limit date to wait for customer's contact?Why do we customers have not only to give my credit card detail but also my order detail from scratch where you had sent me this confirmation e-mail?I was extremely disappointed with your way of business, if I can call it a business.It would be useless how many times you have sent customers discountadvertisement a number of times if you operate these orders with this low quality customers maintenance.Regards,相手の返信Thank you for your email.After reading your comments, we were concerned to hear that you have not beensatisfied with the level of service you have received from us.May we advise that order confirmations sent by email are an automatic emailthat is not recorded on your account. Therefore, the operator would not havethe details of the item ordered.Kind regards反撃Thanks for your reply anyway.I still believe your company has to reconstruct the way of order processing.1) Regarding below "automatic e-mail" so to speak, if that order detail is not recorded at your end, the term "confirmation" is what you cannot call "confirmation" at all.And also in this e-mail, "automatically" includes the expression "your order is now being processed."What does it exactly mean by that, then?Would you really think it appropriate to say so where there is no record?If the order details are not recorded even after this e-mail has been sent, then pleasechange this e-mail title from "confirmation" to just a "note of request" or similar one. Rather than putting confusing remark at the bottom of the e-mail, saying "this e-mail represents only an acknowledgement of your order rather than confirmation", it would have been far more understandable for every customer. 2) The fact that I was requested to let you know of my credit card detail was only derived from the fact your company recognized my order action, I figured out.In the letter I received, it was stated "to allow us to process your order withoutfurther delay."In case that you don't keep any of the order record when invalid/incomplete creditcard detail given, please note clearly that that order record is not taken at all and that we should place the order from scratch.I have placed the order from time to time with your company and generaly I was satisfied with the quality of the items.However, your reply today just lectured me the idea of your automatic e-mail,no signs of helping or suggesting further solution or anything at all.
