If you like easy listening piano music you will love these two! We have selected four early albums from what was arguably the duo's heyday in the 1960s. However for those with a little more adventurous ears the duo did come over all John Cage when they started experimenting with "prepared piano and assorted noises in the late 1950s when many of the avant garde composers like Cage and Stockhausen were emerging from the underground. Ferrante and Teicher retired in 1989 after an amazingly successful 42 year career and went on to live long lives before dying in 2008 and 2009 respectively well into their eighties.
