What we can do to eliminate nuclear weapon?
Only August 6, I post a column of Hiroshima, my home town. This column is far from this page theme, though, this is a kind of our fate who was bone in Hiroshima. Some of you may disagree or have different feeling, though, please, allow me to describe my opinion.I described experiences of my parents last year. I also described of education of atomic bomb in Hiroshima. One university student had sympathy to my idea and selected “atomic bomb disease” for her graduation thesis. I was very pleased with her decision. I just consider this how we can eliminate nuclear weapon, even this idea is silly.The key is globed by a giant country, America. I really feel scare to the country. USA easily selects a war that is polite way to say ‘genocide’, to stuck to the US opinion. Did the country stop war even once since it was founded? I feel the country is very evil, and still they are using depleted uranium weapon (I feel this is the one of a nuclear weapon even a lot of the US people say “this is not”). The US has enough weapons to exterminate the world. Why do they need nuclear weapon?Can we say “Japan is nuclear free country”? I feel say NO. We asked the US to protect Japan, and the US has a huge number of nuclear bombs. Japanese citizens support (selected, at least) LDP. LDP strongly supports the US. Therefore, we cannot criticize USA. However, I blame only the US, because only the US can lead to eliminate nuclear weapon. Why China, North Korea, Israel will eliminate nuclear weapon while the US is still using them?In the US, I hear an opinion of “bombing to Hiroshima and Nagasaki was peaceful solution”. They say that “a lot of peaceful US people were protected from evil Japanese by the bombing”. I feel this is agreeable idea. However, I would like to clearly to say “atomic weapon is a real guilty of human being” and I do not want you to have a doubt opinion. We shall not use them (or stop to use them) forever. Why we, the US and Japan, can say to stop development of nuclear weapon to North Korea or Iraq? Yes, we should say so, but why they can agree this? The US and Japan have the huge number of nuclear weapon. The US has to remove the weapon first, and Japan should persuade the US to remove the nuclear weapon. I hope this posting can be a good stat to consider about nuclear weapon.Thank you for reading.
