The temperature has dropped due to the intermittent rains of the past few days, and the old cat Fuku has fallen ill and is feeling cold. Before noon yesterday, she was curled up and depressed by the open veranda of the soft morning sunlight after the rain. I used to look at her from time to time, but when I try to put her in-doors, I can not see the appearance of Fuku when I see the open veranda. I searched around the house but there is nowhere. It began to rain heavily. I felt anxious about my chest as she was unable to return home be-cause of her physical weakness or she had fallen some-where. I sometimes hear the missing cats, and recently I saw a poster on the message board in the town saying that someone was looking for a lost cat with a photo. It is unclear if the cat was found. It seemes that there are specialists who search for lost cats, but in fact, lost cats can not be easily found. In other words, the do-mestic cat has a homecoming instinct, and with a sharp sense of smell, but it is very difficult for the owner to find out if the cat enters a labyrinth where such abilitydoes not work. In some cases, dementia may have de-veloped in old cats. However, there is also a story that says the cat haswalked for several hundred kilometers and has returnedthe owner's home. Fuku did not return even at night. The rain was get-ting worse. I was restless when I got the bed and work up many times in the middle of the night to look at the garden. The night dawned. Then I opened the door al-most every hour and looked out. The rain has continued, but it has fallen slightly. Andit was a little before 9 o'clock. I felt like a faint cry of Fuku, and I saw the open veranda over the glass door. There was Fuku that dunked in rain and got wet! "You're back, you're back, You're good, you're good" I took up her in my arms, put her in the house, wiped the wet body with paper towels, wiped her with a bath towel, and I said, "I'm worried." being my face close to her tired face. Then I fed her some meal and gave her some medicine. Fuku lay lying on the desk at my studio and slept.I think that perhaps Fuku could not sleep all night in anxiety. As she occupies my desk, now I'm writing this diary with the keyboard of on my knees.
